Quite deep for my neck
As the product is quite deep it rests on my collar bones and this makes them sore , it is supportive and has material to soften but is too deep for me

What I dislike is that it stinks! Yes it smells very much , a combination of perfume and cleaning products which for me makes it unusable as I'm allergic to perfume and as soon as i put it on I coughed, sneezed and my head started pounding. I'm hoping the smell will go away if I wash it as even putting it the other side of the room to air I feel ill. Not sure why it smells this way.
