Fit like a glove around my 3" vent pipe. Seems like good quality plastic with a flexible tuner sleeve. Also it's very attractive for a roof, it makes me want to change out my other ones

Beware of the refund policy
The material the roof flashing is made of is very flimsy and did not meet my expectations. In addition, if you buy this and need to return it for any reason, the seller will require you to pay the return shipping charge which in my case was $14.37 for an item that costs $17.69 and only weighs 10.7 ounces. So much for buying from 3rd party sellers.
