If you want a banner you just take out of the package and hang, don't order this one. You have to put it together! Not kidding!1. The letters are in completely random order, so you have to get them in order first.2. Then you have to punch out all of the holes in each letter. There are 25 of them.3. If you can untangle the ribbon, you have to thread it with a plastic needle. Not kidding.Betsy Ross called. She wants her banner back.

Used this for a co-worker returning from maternity leave. Such a cute banner!!!

Works as advertised... needs to be put together so you decide on the distance between the letters, but it’s simple enough! And the string is long enough to hang across an average room!
