This is a nice product and it works very well (I've tried it with Skype for Business and Zoom) - it's really simple, just plug-and-play. The sound quality is excellent and the microphone is sensitive and clear - it will pick up voices around the room. I am a bit disappointed with the case that's provided with the product - it's not really designed to also hold the cable that's used to connect the phone to the laptop.

I ordered this for my home based office. My expectations have been met and even exceeded. Clear sound, easy to use, portable (for taking with me to other offices and meetings), and flawless.If you have a home based office, use Skype and/or a soft-phone, you really need to consider getting one of these. Its worth the money.

I struggled a little between four and five stars.Overall - this is a great product. Super well designed and intuitive, even for my non "techy" staff. I love the buttons that come on the device and work flawlessly with Skype for business, and at least three other conferencing systems we've used internally. Really appreciate the ability to mute quickly and adjust the volume when you get one of those loud speaker types on the other end.The call quality is surprisingly good. In fact, I might even suggest it's really stellar. So far, I've been able to hear everyone we've conferenced (which we do a lot) crystal clear and I've not had a single complaint about our sound. We use this in a conference room built for about 10 people, and we've maxed it a few times and still heard no complaints about our sound.My biggest complaint is the cord. Honestly - you know exactly what this item is going to be used for and that, in all likely hood, it is going to need to stretch large distances and you provided a three foot cord. How ridiculous. If you were concerned about the user who will only have this attached to their laptop nearby, then include two cords. I guess I wasn't overly surprised when the day after receiving it, we needed to order a USB extension cord.

Really worked well for my Skype/Lync and Webex meetings - Easily set up - Just attached to my laptop's USB port and worked well - loud and clear. Had a mute button too and a hangup button, so didn't have to hangup on the application. Glad I purchased it. Plantronics Calisto 610-M Portable USB. Came very quickly.

I use this product 3x per week when I telecommute. This product allows me to be free from a headset! The audio is crisp and clear. Everyone can hear me with no echo or muffling sound. I love this gadget. I use it with my corporate Windows 10 laptop and is plug and play. No issues. I pulled it out of the box, connected it to the port replicator and used it right away for a Skype call.

It seemed to work great for a while, but a few months after I got it, the microphone stopped working. Within a few minutes of starting any conference call, I start seeing messages in my SKYPE window that my Microphone is not working and other people on the call will be unable to hear me.. and sure enough no one can hear me. If I disconnect the call and restart, the mic starts working again, then stops after a few minutes. I don't have this issue with my headset, just the speakerphone. Very disappointing.

The buttons no longer work with Skype, so a lot of the convenience factor is now gone. When I first bought it, you could answer the phone by pressing a button, and hangup via the same button. No more. Well the mute still works as does the volume, but one of the most important convenience function was answering by pressing a button and hanging up that way, without me having to find Skype on one of my three screens and find the stupid hang up or answer button.Yes, this is partly Skype (Microsoft's) fault, but it could be fixed by Plantronics via a software update.

Received today. Plugged it into my laptop and it worked immediately with Skype. Like the ability to press and button to initiate a call. So far so good. Seems like good value for the money and a nice addition to my home office setup since I spend the bulk of my day on Skype calls.
