From Dead to "It's alive!"
I've bought 4 of these Loftek Battery Jump Starters for each family member because of how well they work. I left my dashcam power cord in the auxiliary plug-in and it drained my car's battery. I insert the ignition key and turn but nothing happens. No turn, no flicker of light, nothing. Absolutely drained to 0.I remembered my Loftek in the trunk but opening that was out of power too. After rummaging around, I managed to grab it, popped the trunk and followed the instructions on the manual. Turned on this jump starter to see if it has enough battery (100%), plug in the small jumper cables to the jump starter, attach the cables to the battery, turn on jump starter. I then go to my car and turn the key. I can hear the engine turning, as if waking up from a long nap and literally 3 seconds later, car starts up. It's alive! I've never had that happen. I'm super impressed by this. I will note that the jumpstart took 20% of the battery off the jump starter.I highly recommend this jump starter. It's affordable(come on, I bought 4 of them), compact, easy to use. It works perfectly and way better than I expected. Only thing is to remember to charge it. Won't help you if it isn't charged, haha.

AMAZING! A Must-Have Accessory for Every Car in the Household
Until a tow truck driver told me about these gadgets I did not know they existed. I ha a car with a 9-year-old battery that was sitting since January and 2 hours attempting to jump-start it did nothing. The tow truck guy put his industrial version on my car and it started in seconds. The one he had was for industrial use so I thought I could try an inexpensive model - this was about $50 when I bought it. It's really small - about the size of a clutch purse. I had zero confidence that it would work, but I put it on that very dead 9-year-old battery, turned the key, and the car started ASAP! Why have I been using jumper cables when this thing exists? First - you don't need another car or a stranger's help. It also worked where jumper cables did not. I am buying one for my wife and daughter to keep in their cars as it is so simple to use. If you can get your hood open you can use this thing. It also comes in a nice carrying case. I don't know about battery life as I only used it once - but that one time saved me the $75 it would have cost for another tow truck.

Car Battery Jumper and Not a Slow Charger, With Limited Accessories.
This 2200 LOFTEK car jump starter battery pack is literally what its name implies. It jump starts your car, but it will not charge up your car battery. My car battery, day after day, was starting to not start up due to a combination of not driving the car for several weeks and the cold weather. So I needed this to jump start my car each time after my car reached the point of not starting when I turned my key. This product works great if you are stuck with a low car battery power. You connect this to the car battery and the car will ignite without waiting. Hook the red connector to the red on your car battery and the black to the black. Press a button on this device to turn it on, and when the blue lights come on, you get in your car and turn your key, and the car starts up each time. There are four blue indicator lights on the device to represent 25% charge by each light. So when all four lights up, there is 100% power on the device. Instruction says you need at least 10% power, thus at least one indicator light (25%) is needed for the device to work. I recommend you do not go below 2 indicator lights just to make sure there is enough juice in the pack to start your car. I jump started my car about 10 times before the indicator lights went below 2 lights, thus, I am prompted to recharge the pack. When the pack first arrived it had 2 lights and you must charge it up to 4 lights. Once fully charged, the pack shuts off all the lights until you turn it on to use it. The power on the pack stays on for only a minute or so, and then it shuts off automatically to save power. So once you turn it on, you only have about a minute to get into your car to turn on the ignition.Due to my car needing a jump from this device to start up the car each time, my brother thought my battery was dead and useless. He kept telling me to toss my battery to buy a new one. I was not convinced because I believed my car battery was not charging up on its own due to the short distances that I drive my car after not driving it for several weeks. So instead of tossing my car battery, I got a slow charger that plugs into the wall at home and charged my car for two hours. Since then, my car battery ignites on its own and I no longer need this battery pack to start my car, but of course I keep this battery pack in the car fully charged just in case I need it to save the day. My point is there is a difference between a jump starter and a charger. This is a jump starter and it is not going to charge up your car battery. Just because you have to jump start your car does not mean anything is wrong with your battery. The slow charger that I used to charge my car showed on its gauge that my battery is still in good condition even though I needed this jumper device. This battery pack is easy to use. It came with a connection cable to connect to the car, a short charging cable to charge up the battery pack and a case. I have a number of complaints even though I like this battery pack a lot because of its easy use and it looks like good quality. The connection cable is quite short, so the pack has to sit very close to the car battery when jumping and the clamps on the cable are very small, and requires a lot more of my energy to hold the clamps open wide enough to clamp on to the car battery. The usb charging cable to charge the battery pack is extremely short (about a foot) and it did not come with the plug, which would not help someone who does not own a usb plug. My brother owns a jumper pack of a different brand and his included the plug and all cables were a bit longer. In addition, his came with various accessories such as connectors for charging different phones and devices. These kinds of things did not come with this pack, so it seems this pack is mainly for jump starting a car and nothing else. This pack would have been five stars, but is a star less because of these few complaints. Otherwise, a great product.

Saved me plenty of times
Whether you need that bump for your car battery or charge your phone on the fly this battery pack does not disappoint. Long lasting and the charge is continual I have had it for a few years.

Worked for my Acura MDX 3.5L V6
You always buy these and wonder if they will work.My MDX had a current drain on the battery that I couldn't figure out, so battery was dead-dead in the morning. No interior lights, had to open the door with my physical key. Initially when I hooked this up, the unit made some clicking noises, and the interior lights came on, but wouldn't start. I disconnected the unit, waited a minute, then tried again. This time, it at least tried to start, but still no go. Did this 2 more times, and finally started! Happy with the purchase, feel I can get this to work in an emergency.Other side benefit is not having to maneuver cars around for a jump. I'm buying another one. Last note - I kept this in the trunk under a storage panel - when the battery is dead and the power trunk won't open, it is hard to reach with a full trunk. Keep it in a location you can reach when the battery is dead.
