The media could not be loaded. This was so easy to do. Sent three photographs of a recently lost pet. I received an email there might be delays due to shipping. Ordered on 4/23 received on 5/6. That was well in advance of the estimated delivery date. This was a beautiful commemorative gift of a beloved pet for a family member. The color and detail are identical to the photographs.
