Does it make your hair gray?

I can not say for long use, but in shorter term, NO

Can I apply it to my hold my front hair bangs? Because my hair falling on my forehead is frizzy

based on my experience it gives a fresh wet look, it might not suffice for strong hold although it holds it to an extend.
