The MidWest Homes for Pets Deluxe Dog Bed has quickly become a favorite spot for my dog. The plushness of the bed is impressive, offering a cozy and inviting place for my pet to rest. I use it inside a 30-inch dog crate, and it fits perfectly, providing a snug and soft base that makes the crate more comfortable. One thing I really appreciate is how easy it is to clean. Being machine wash and dryer friendly is a game changer, especially for a pet bed. After a couple of washes, it still looks as good as new, maintaining its shape and softness. My dog seems to love the texture of the bed, often choosing it over other spots in the house. The gray color is also a nice touch, blending well with my home decor. The one-year warranty gives me peace of mind, knowing that the quality is backed up by the manufacturer. There’s very little to dislike about this bed. If anything, the only minor issue is that it could be a bit more supportive for older dogs or those with joint issues, but for general use, it’s fantastic. I value products that deliver on their promises without needing modifications. This dog bed is exactly that - a well-made, comfortable, and practical addition to our pet supplies. It’s definitely a worthy investment for any pet owner looking to add a bit of luxury to their pet’s crate.

These are great pads. We've bought them a few times and will do so again. They are plush and look nice without being attention-grabbing. They wash well, though their plushness does diminish over months/years. Overall they're sturdy, comfy, and good quality.

I got this to go with the Midwest crate and it fits perfectly. It feels very comfortable. It feels very sturdy, and it feels of good quality that should last for quite some time. It is thick enough to allow for a good sleep, but soft enough that it will tuck under the divider inside the crate. It came packaged well and simply unrolling, letting it expand and sliding it in the crate was all that was needed. I like the grey color.

I bought two of these: one for a puggle (20lbs) and one for a black lab (55lbs). They are much more comfortable looking in person than in the photo. The photo makes me think the material is going to be made out of durable yet not soft tweed-like material. Not the case. The top and sides are made out of a very soft, fuzzy (but not shedding off) plush. It's a similar material to some of their favorite toys. This made me concerned that the dogs would destroy the beds...our puggle has already ripped through five beds (FIVE), but so far so good. The lab likes to chew on hers a little bit, which mats the fuzz down and gives it almost a weird melted plastic look. That's kind of ugly but it's not damaging to the bed and the bed is machine washable. The bottom of the bed is a black cotton material with tiny rubberized dots on it so that the bed will be non-slip. Each bed does come with, of course, the very large obnoxious "If I'm a dog I'm TOTALLY going to eat this" paper tag that has to be cut off as close to the bed as you can get without actually cutting the bed. It also has a hang loop that I also cut off because I know my dogs will end up chewing that off and using it as a means to break open the bed. Both beds stand up to the weight of each dog easily. Although the beds are soft and pliable--they're not stiff or made of any sort of foam/memory foam type material--they still haven't flattened out by the weight of the dogs. No need to re-fluff the beds yet. I'm not sure if that will have to occur at some point, my guess is probably, but the bed holds them--especially the lab--surprisingly well. Both dogs are actually in love with these beds too which is noticeable because 1) the puggle hasn't eaten it yet and 2) when they're let out in the morning (they're still crated at night), they used to jump up right away when you entered the room...now they lay there and give you that "Just five more minutes" face as they cozy further into their sleep. The only reason I don't give this five stars is because I don't like how the fuzz gets that plastic-like look/feel and hope it doesn't permanently warp the beds and also because, while they love the beds now, I can see them easily being destroyed if the dogs (looking at you, puggle) were so inclined to try.

I bought 2 of these beds; 18” for my cat and 36” for my dog. Here are my experiences: Cat (18”): My cat is a pretty small cat, so I’m a bit surprised this bed is a bit too small for him. (When he curls up, he fits pretty well, but it doesn’t give him extra room to stretch.) I purposely bought the small bed though because it was so inexpensive and my husband was convinced my cat wouldn’t use it (he doesn’t care for anything you buy for him, but if it’s free and garbage, he’ll obsess over it). To my surprise, my cat sleeps on this bed ALL THE TIME. He goes straight to it; we call it his charging pod. We joke that there must be a stash of catnip stuffed in the cushion somewhere because he has never cared for a bed before. Even when we move the bed to a different location, he will go right to it. We almost wish that we went a size bigger, but knowing our cat, that exra pampering would actually turn him off. So, if our cat is happy with the purchase, we are happy! Dog (36”): This bed fit perfectly in my dog’s crate, and my dog seems very comfortable on it. The only issue I have is that the bed seems to have sunken down where she likes to lay. She’s a small dog (~20lbs), so it’s a bit disappointing. Maybe when she comes in wet from the rain, the moisture flattens the bed because my cat’s bed has not flattened. I’m hoping it refluffs when I throw it in the wash. Overall, the fabric is a very soft texture and there seems to be enough padding that provides just enough comfort from the hardness of the floor. My dog seems to love it, but then again, she loves any type of comfort. Overall, it’s been a good (and super affordable!) buy for both pets. The main selling point for me is that it’s washable, but I still have to give that a try. Update: I have washed both beds in the washing machine and tossed them in the dryer to dry quite a few times since this review, and both beds have held up well!

I received exactly what I ordered and I love it. Rather, my puppy loves it. The price was really good too.

Pros: Look nice, are super soft. Cons: So these may work great for a fully potty trained dog but do NOT buy them if you have a puppy still in training or an older dog that suffers from incontinence issues. SMELL TERRIBLE, we're talking like rancid, rotting fish that have been sitting in the sun for days. If you have ever been to a sea port on a hot day down where they offload the days catch into a processing facility then you know the smell. It took 3 days of leaving these out in the sun and fresh air to "air out", followed by two washes with an odor nuetralizing laundry detergent specifically designed to clean nasty smells from fabrics, while still being pet safe, to get the smell mostly out of these beds: or at least so the smell was tolerable enough to allow the beds to remain in the house so the dogs could actually use them. These are NOT washer/dryer friendly as they claim. Yes, they can be washed on cold in the washer and dried on low heat in the dryer but they literally shed both the surface "fur" and the internal poly fill of the pillow itself ALL over inside your washer and dryer. Then continue to shed synthetic hair-like fibers all over your floors and pets. Summary: Just a decent product but not one I would recommend, nor will I purchase again. Frankly I probably should have returned them the minute I opened the box they came in and that horrendous smell almost made me vomit. I cannot recommend these, nor will I be buying again. They look good on the website but in person the quality and overall positive impressions are just not there. It'll be a "HARD PASS" on a reorder of these once the ones we have wear out, and given the amount of stuffing they are shedding only 3 weeks in, I expect they will need to be replaced within 6 months or less. Really a nice looking product but sadly the overall quality and customer experience fall extremely short of expectations and promises made on the item's Amazon page.

I purchased two of these, one for each of my 25 pound terriers. They were much lighter weight than I was expecting, but with a week's use so far, they seem much more durable than I first thought. My dogs are "diggers" and dig around in the pad to "nest". They also love playing with these things, chewing on them, and flipping them up and around in the air. So far, I can't tell any sign of wear and tear on these ... no ripping of the seams, no fraying of the fabric or anything. As mentioned, they are much less dense and heavy than I was expecting .... I have the 29" by 21", and I'd say each weighs only a pound. But they are very "fluffy" and the filling keeps the pads about 3" thick. The top and sides are covered with very soft, fuzzy fabric; the back is a non-fabric surface. I think it was designed to be non-slip, by my dogs pull these things all over our hardwood floors (which they did with the beds I replaced). I really like that you can throw the entire bed into the washer and dryer .... I will update this review once I wash them, but that was the problem with their old beds ... the covers came off and could be washed, but not the inner core, which still ended up getting really "doggy-dirty". UPDATE --- Now that I've washed these pads several times, I continue to be very pleased with their quality. The entire pad goes right into the washer and dryer. I was able to put both of mine (small size) into the washer (as well as the dryer) at once. These wash up beautifully, and come out super soft. And the washing/drying makes the pads' thickness/fluffiness/loft return. And what really interested me was that there was basically no lint from them!

It a really soft and very big bed . It has a twirl soft fur so the hair that sheds get hidden in it. It’s anti skid . My golden just loves it and has been enjoying sleeping on it this winter .

Ho aspettato del tempo per recensire questo prodotto, e direi che ha superato pienamente le aspettative, non si è rovinato dopo il lavaggio e non si è appiattito con l'uso. È inoltre comodissimo, considerato che il mio gatto ci trascorre ore intere. Anche ora nonostante il caldo continua a prediligerlo, pir avendo a disposizione un cuscino più fresco. È bello grande per un gatto adulto ma ho preferito questa musura per una maggiore comodità. È stato davvero un ottimo acquisto
