Bought 7 globe floor lamp in September. Opened on Christmas one globe was broken need replacement

Contact the vendor. I have the 11 globe model that came with one broken. The vendor TG Jed quickly and courteously. I had a replacement globe within 3 days.

For the 5 feet, 7 shades lamp, how wide are the lamp top and base ?

I got the 7' tall. Kind of expect the same top and base but one less pole. Could be wrong. Mine is about 16" in diameter

Will the globes all be different?

Yes, they can be, your choice. I chose the mix, all different and they are magnificent, they all match well but are different colors. You can also choose all the same.
