Highly recommend _ great product- it works. Smooth and creamy, hydrating, nice smell, but I buy this for the mosquito repellent properties. I live in Mississippi (gardening, out on the woods, on the water, long summers means plenty of opportunities for mosquito encounters). But I have also used this product in Africa, Southeast Asia, the Caribbean, and southern Europe with very good results. After contracting Dengue Fever from a mosquito bite in Mexico a couple of years ago, I am diligent about protection. Yes, it is expensive, but it works and is cheaper than medical bills and a long illness. And besides, who wants to go to bed smelling like OFf? .

Just tested this wonderful lotion on the beaches of the Bahamas as a bug repellant and it rocked! I love this lotion as a lotion. It absorbs well and really moisturizes the skin. Between the sun and salt, my skin is parched and the body butter is a wonderful remedy. But one afternoon when the wind died down and I was at the beach after swimming, I was attacked by no-see-ums and ended up with probably a hundred bites on my legs. It was brutal! I got smart the next time I went to the beach and brought the body butter and applied it to my legs, neck and arms and didn’t get one bite! Seriously, a must have lotion for summer!!

For some unfortunate reason I'm a mosquito magnet. Until I bought this lotion I had tried just about everything with no luck. All the sprays and deet helped, but nothing truly kept them away and I would smell terrible and be sticky. A coworker recommended this to me and I am so thankful! This stuff is amazing. It has almost no smell, just a very light sweet smell, and is not sticky at all. It actually feels really good on your skin and works like a moisturizer. I wear this anytime I am going camping, fishing or am just outside at night in an area that may have mosquitos. It's a life saver, completely keeps them away! The best mosquito repellant you can get with the added benefit of being a nice lotion. I found this does not keep away no-see-ums, but oh well! Amazing product and lasts a while. One of the little green tubs usually lasts me 6 months. This stuff is the best!

I was first introduced to this product by a friend who gifted me my first tube. I especially love the smell, it is so light and delicate. The texture of the lotion is divine, swoon…. The reason I only give it a 4 star rating: it is a little pricey for a 4+ ounce tube. I only indulge a few weeks a year….. I ask for it on special occasions like my birthday or Christmas.

I have extremely dry skin due to age, sun damage and hypothyroidism. This is the only thing that works for me. It’s like a have new hydrated skin. My skin looks so much better and yes, it does help keep bugs at bay. It’s worth every penny and it goes a long ways…. You don’t need much.

This stuff is expensive but it’s worth it! It feels good going on. It smells good. You can use it for sun after care.. It even keeps away mosquitoes. I love it! It helped my grandson’s eczema a lot. I will always buy this as long as I’m able.
