They are Aluminum, but SS capped. So staining is not as issue.

I don’t remember the exact depth but it’s not too dip

Yes, it can be used on an electric stove. The kadai has a flat bottom and is stable on a flat surface.

Its a really awesome kadhai for deep frying, the texture and lustre does not go away with oils
