Sports Research- Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer - 6.4 oz Sports Stick

I got Sweet Sweat after reading about it on a fitness page I liked on Facebook. A woman who had posted a picture of her transformation swore by it. I've been working out for 3 years and finally got down to those last few pounds that just wouldn't go away no matter what in the areas most women have trouble with (lower abs, inner thighs, and triceps). I would do cardio for hours and weights as well... but I had hit a plateau. I figured I'd try this after reading about the science on the product's website. I've only used it twice so far. The first time I poured sweat and left the gym soaked. This past time I weighed myself before and after my workout, and even though I just did strength training (Jillian Michaels "No More Trouble Zones"), without a cardio workout, I lost a pound and a half in sweat!!! I know it's water weight, and only a short-term result, but my point is that I have NEVER sweat that much in a workout (not even after running 5 miles). It definitely works as they advertise and I will continue to use this. I will update my review in a month or two to report the more long-term results. Until then, I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to sweat ;)

Great product, very simple to apply and use and does not stain or smell.

This stuff absolutely makes you sweat a significant amount more wherever you place it. The tube makes it super easy to apply without getting it all over your hands. It feels a little sticky but nothing that would make me want to stop using it. Overall, I think it's a pretty good value and I like the quality.

I'm not able to leave a review for the actual waist trimmer, so I will combine both reviews here. I will start with the waist trimmer. I purchased the medium and it JUST fit perfectly (I have a curvy almost hourglass-like figure so sometimes I can be between M and L). I used the waist trimmer alone the first couple days and sweat profusely! I have NEVER sweat on my stomach or love handles that much before. I also noticed my bloating went away - I kept having to pull up my jeans because of it! I know this won't get rid of fat or keep it off because no miracle product like that exists, but this definitely helps with bloating so it DOES slim your stomach down quite a bit. This morning I tried the sweet sweat cream and that made an even bigger difference. My stomach is still looking slimmer and was able to produce more sweat. I also went into the sauna at my gym with it on and it helped a lot! I would say using these products in conjunction with a proper diet and exercise could make you think it truly does get rid of the fat! It certainly makes it appear that way. I love both these products so far and can't wait to see my progress with it in a few months from now

This stuff is great and really works but don't think you can just apply it and NOT workout. It isn't magically going to make you sweat while sitting on the couch. You have to get your heart rate up to jump start the burning process. I really break a sweat in my workout routine. The pictures of dripping sweat people have included are NOT fake. The product really works. It washes off easily enough but I would suggest getting some cheap wash cloths, wiping it off first, and then wash it off. Also, make sure to wash your cloths separately as it they will be greasy from the product. I don't understand those who do, but if you are the kind of person that worries about getting their workout clothes dirty, do as others have advised, be aware of how much you apply and where as it could rub off onto your workout clothes and it isn't easy to wash the "oil look" off of them.

I use to go to the gym and not feel so much motivated as I should so I would look up videos on YouTube to see what others do to stay motivated. I came across a video of a girl mentioning how she never works out without her sweet sweat belt or ointment, I seen her results and was amazed. So I did more research on the products and i loves the idea of going to the gym and being motivated seeing so much sweat drop off on my stomach after a nice workout. I then purchased my sweet sweat trimmer and ointment asap and I started using them every time I go to the gym and I love seen the results. My friends were amazed and I have gotten them to purchase the products as well. Considering how much I love these products, I also bought the thigh trimmers and the ones for the arms. Sometimes I use the stomach trimmer at work. I’m inlove with these products, thank god for them being invented, and I will continue to use them even after I hit my weight loss goals.

Love this stuff! Don’t feel like I get quite the workout if I’m not wearing this. I sweat more, my core temp increases, between this and my pre workout, I get one heck of a workout. Goes on smooth and gives that soft glowy look to skin. Best to wash hands with soap immediately after running on to ensure it doesn’t get everywhere.

My mid-section (lower abdominal, lower back) area has always been a problem area for me. It usually takes me at least an hour of cardio before i start sweating at these sections of my body. But when I apply sweet sweat to these areas, I start sweating after only 30 minutes! Great product and does exactly as advertised.Only problems for me are the smell tends to be a little too strong for me and if the product does get on to the shirt you're wearing, it's also impossible to get the marks off so guys, wear DARK and BAGGY t-shirts when using this! :D
