A year after buying it the wheels broke. How can I order another trolley? Need to know this before posting my review

Can I order replacement clips? One of the clips that attaches the backpack to the trolley broke.

My son has had his for 2 weeks and the clip that holds the bag on the trolley has broken already. How do I get a replacement? Can't find any contact information for the seller. These bags are not inexpensive and should not be breaking after 2 weeks of use.

How much can this bag hold without risking the trolley breaking? Im a 3rd year uni student with lots of books and severe back issuses

My son used it on the plane and I packed SO MUCH STUFF IN IT! I packed about 5 outfits, his toiletries, tablet, on the head headphones, snacks, toys, his medications two pairs of shoes. And the trolley is sturdy!! My son is 4 and rolled it around his self, ran it into things, got the wheels stuck in something. So it was tested and approved by a 4 year old😊
