Way better than flexseal and way more affordable. Used one can at deer camp on a seam on a tin roof deer blind and also on satellite dish mount on RV. Not as rubberized, more like roofing tar, but goes a long way fixing leaks like a boss.

The product isn't all that bad. I had to purchase another can because there is one section of my truck that didn't fully seal (I'm using it for the roof of my pick up, I have a few leaks here and there) but all in all its worth it - you can also find it much cheaper by other sellers here on Amazon. Just be forewarned if your using it in a confined space, like your car or bathroom make sure you give it some time to air out and it does dry in 20 minutes as the instructions provide. It doesn't bind all that well with rubber molding but still worth the investment. A sheer delight! One other thing: make sure you have some type of drop cloth handy, the stuff is very messy, I made the mistake of not covering up and forgot about this thing called "gravity" (the holes were on top) and make sure you wear your work clothes since the stains never going to come out.

I used this on my gutters at the seams. Even though they said it would work on gutter saems it didn't. Still leak.

I bought this The Original Mighty Sealer Flexible Rubber Coating Sealant (15 oz)]] product because I wanted to stop a couple of leaks in some seams in the open gutters on my home. I live at 9000 feet near the continental divide. Needlass to say we get a lot of snow and ice . We have prosseional installed heat tape on the roof to keep ice dams from forming. So in the winter when the snow starts to build up there is a contiuos stream hitting the open gutters. The seams in the gutters overlap each other by about 3 inches. They had been leaking at the seams for a few years. So when I saw this product I thought that it would fix my problem. This summer I sprayed the product liberally for about 4 feet on either side of the inside of the seams with a though amount into the seam itself. We are having a very dry year so far, but we did get a little snow, about 3 inches a few weeks ago, As the snow on the roof melted we had the same leak directly in front of our back door as we have experienced in the past. Best I can tell the product did not do anything, and it is advertised specifically for this purpose. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Thios product lived up to it's claim. I was satisfied with the porformace of the item. Would reccomend it to other people.

I used this for a leaky sink faucet and on a leaky stock tank. It's a little messy, but works great!!

You have seen the ads on tv. This is easy to apply. Just use in well ventalated area. I had water leak into my basement steps every time it rained. I used this product and that annoying water leak is gone. Well worth it. Small leaks can lead to a mold problem, so stop it before it happens.
