First resistance bands I have owned, but they seem to work well and a nice range of strengths.

Good product but the stitching came apart on the storage bag after a couple of weeks. I guess you could use the Ziploc bag for storage.

Juego de bandas de resistencia que empecé a utilizar para ejercicios de rehabilitación porque me operaron de la rodilla. La verdad es que son de alta calidad y cumplen su cometido. Se nota la diferencia de resistencia entre las diferentes bandas de colores. Cada color representa un nivel de resistencia desde suave a muy duro. Totalmente recomendado.
