I love the built in lights
So I'm only giving this 4 stars because it's hard to put together and the directions don't really help.. I'm also only giving this 4 stars because the hole that the plug goes through is in the wrong spot and didn't match up. Also the plug gets hot after it's been on for s long time... I foresee this being a problem if I am doing a photo shoot for a long period of time .Pros:Built in lights and colored plastic backdrops look amazing in photosPortable (would recommend having it already put together before a shoot)Love that you can shoot from up above or from the frontGreat lighting built inOn / off switch on the cordComes with white/tan/black plastic backdrops and carrying caseComes with extra Guedes for each light boardCons:Hard to put togetherCord gets hotThe hole for the plug doesn't match upBackdrops take a while to stay in placeAs you can see from my pics these are all straight from my camera untouched un-edited with the white backdrop in place...For added awesomeness I put it on a black acrylic for the reflection

Needs modifications to be great overall
The elbows are flimsy plastic; they're not easily replaceable, either. However, the entire framework can be replaced with plumbing pvc, and we're about to do that. The lights are great for non-reflective materials, but the lights reflect in electronics with flat surfaces (like smartphones). We're replacing the fabric canopy with a white plastic craft mat, and hope that won't cause the LEDs to melt. All of that said, this light box has made it possible to get really well-lit photos of small to medium size objects, at a relatively affordable price.

assembly is not as bad as some people say
After ordering a neewer tent, and returning it next day with many problems, i found this gem of a light box, assembly is not as bad as some people say, the instructions are useless. im posting pics of the complicated things. wires have a up and down, see pics, cover is tight, might have to do some squeeze at end, do it on joints not middle. metal bars a plus. line up your led light bars to plug in to each other, wires have up and down, dont force. cover is tight tight, but once in place it ain't going nowhere. LEDs are super bright, color inserts need layed flattened out for a day, love this box, neewer box wrinkled, bad bulbs, dented light covers, this is a more quality outfit. perfect size, got the neewer in bigger and it was like a tent. having lights inside saves room for tripod lights, need whole room for that, this one, bring it out, plug in, use it, put it away. very sturdy design. skip the tents and go with a solid unit like this one. see pics for assembly, wire directions, and more. putting the cover on is tight like i said, but it fits and i think is a good thing.

It was easy enough to correct after
Took me a few tries to get the set up correct. Works well! Lights are bright but still cast a yellowish hue in the photos. It was easy enough to correct after. Not reasonable to tear down after use. You will need some space to store it assembled. Good item for the price.

Does the job nicely
Easy to assemble, works well. Lighting is plenty bright. Only minus is that the diffusion isn't quite sufficient -- when photographing highly polished surfaces the individual lights are visible in reflection. But very pleased overall.

"Awful" from the moment I opened the box.
The assembly instructions are an abomination, utterly illegible. I have written to Marketfleet demanding a large-format, clearly illustrated instruction set. If I don't get it in three days I will return this thing. All buyers should do likewise until manufacturers learn it's cheaper to print user-friendly manuals than to process returns.Update 4/21: Write to [email protected] and ask for a PDF copy of the instructions. You can then magnify it in Adobe Reader and see the pictures clearly. I got this thing put together in half an hour that way.The stiff plastic colored backdrops will have to sit between my mattress and box spring for at least 24 hours before they'll uncurl enough to use. Then I'll have to hang them straight; if rolled up again they'll be worthless. So much for portability! Cloth backdrops, you idiots.

Great set up...
This set up is perfect for small product photos. There is a lot of people talking about how it is hard to assemble. I found it quite easy. Basic logic should get you through it !! The lights are very bright. The back drops are durable plastic. It's quite well made. Best bang for your buck.
