Excellent customer service! You really gotta try this stuff these people really know what they're talking about. I've tried everything to get cat urine out of my carpet and most products burned my bare feet. These folks even knew how to remove the chemicals that were locking in the smell. This product is all natural and safe for bare feet even immediately after spraying. Smells funny but it goes away quickly and so does the urine smell. I'll definitely be looking into their other products as this is a small business that could use our support. Way to go Jackie doodles! Thank you for your excellence in product knowledge, customer service, and for making a product that actually works! The fact that it's all natural is like the icing on the cake because like I said I tried everything on the shelves.

This product is amazing! It works perfectly. Nothing from the pet store ever worked for me. I have a kitty with cancer and just couldn't get to the litter box. He found a spot behind my couch and my room just smelled awful. I couldn't get rid of the odor. My sister searched for over an hour and found Jackie Doodles' and I just had to try it. It is the best ever. There is absolutely no odor in my room. It smells wonderful. The product really does do what it says. Most products do not. This is the best. I had to let it get down into the pad and work with a little brush, but I scrubbed and scrubbed and shampooed with other products and got nowhere. This small amount of work got me excellent results. I cannot say enough good about it. I am leaving the information about it at my vet's office so others with this problem can just get the right product the first time, instead of struggling like I did. Thank you Jackie Doodles'!!! let me start. my cat peed on our brand new king sized bed about 10 minutes after we had it in the house AWWWWWWW. next started on Enzyme cleaners. I got this one as another reviewer mentioned his son had wet the bed and this made his mattress like new again. ( I have used enzymatic cleaners before btw ) anyway it was not a huge amount I had to clean so I went with this brand since it had no smell ( cover up ) I did as the directions stated however, it is not ever close to being stain fast why? because the whole damn product is BROWN liquid. nothing you spray it on will not turn BROWN.. how stupid is that. I had to get a professional cleaner out to clean the mattress huge stain by this product then the original pee odor was back ! had people tell me it is not brown, then others say it is. I've never got the story correct. buyer beware

My primary reason for ordering this product was to see if it would reduce the cat urine odor in the cat boxes. I recently switched to the Breeze Pellet system for my 2 cats and as the pads collect urine they get smelly before the pad is ready to be changed. I lightly sprayed the product on the pellets, on the tray, a clean pad and then on a pad still in use. The urine smell was immediately gone. In fact the entire basement smelled fresher. The product has no odor. I am impressed. I then decided to try it on one stain in the bedroom where my Bengal started urinating because she was too lazy to go down to the boxes. Odor GONE and the cat is now using the box again. I read some of the other reviews about using the product on just about anything smelly..like shoes, purr pads, sinks. If it stinks - I'm going to try it! Thank you Jackie Doodles.

It works as well as any other enzyme cleaner. I chose the product because it has the organic seal on it. It's only "okay" because the label doesn't list the the organic plant ingredients. There's no fragrance to it, which is acceptable, & tells me what it -- possibly -- does not contain. If it's genuinely organic, there's no reason for mystery.

As my cat is entering old age (14 years), she is losing a bit of bladder control. I can't stand the smell of cat pee and this seems to help most, but you really have to do some follow up scrubbing. All-in-all happy with the results, but it doesn't totally eliminate in one application, but I haven't found a product that does. Like that it's certified organic as well.

I didn't think this worked like it said. I could still smell the odor after I used it...
