Product is indispensable for any virtual teaching, but seriously, you can only get the software from the included CD, or by scouring the website.And the aforementioned program is confusing and outdated.Definitely buy this, but be prepared for some frustration as you figure it out.

I needed a cheap document camera for virtual learning. Please read this to save some time. The reviews are correct-the software does not download. However, you can plug the camera into the computer and select the Luna camera when using zoom (bottom right use the drop down menu for the camera). This can also be done with Quicktime.This document camera can be used to demonstrate and also to make movies-just what I needed it to do. No extra buttons/controls either-VERY simple.

I use this to project assignments I'm doing with my elementary students whole group. Sometimes it freezes, if I unplug it, it start right back up. The light is too bright and show up poorly, so I keep the light off. The projection is clear and I can resize to make larger on zoom.

I purchased this item since as a teacher suddenly having to engage in remote learning due to covid19 thought it would help me deliver instruction. 1st is the issue that the installation disk runs the program in Chinese. I managed to install and actual application was in English. Did a few (less than 5) practice videos. 2nd issue is that when finally ready to record actual video device will not switch from laptop camera to document camera. I have tried unistalling and reinstalling multiple times from the disk and website download. I can not get cameras to switch making this item completely useless. Completely disappointed in this device.

Not easy to use at all! Very complicated to use. I got it to work but it takes your computer camera away when in use and only works in video mode! Not worth the money at all! Wish I could return it!

The product seems like a cheap alternative to a nicer Epson doc. camera for example, but, the USB cord, which must be connected to a computer, is too short for convenience, the software is not compatible with all computers, and it has just turned out to be more of a let down and difficult task than a tool to help my classroom.

This works fine for mac if you use it with quicktime video.

Our school purchased 9 of these. As the purchaser, I have had nothing but complaints from the teachers about this product. Doesn't focus well, glitches and freezes, and crashes. Don't waste your money.
