I received the order consisting of 2 tail cuts with skin on. While the flavor was excellent, the flesh was too thin and naturally came apart along horizontal lines making decent sushi and sashimi slicing impossible. Overall this was a disappointing waste of money. Nothing like the picture showing a perfect sashimi loin.
