How much different is this from the tea?

Hi! I drank the tea 3 times a day religiously for 3 months over and over again because it took that long to get the results which were less pain and no spotting before my period so it was worth it to me. Well I have a baby girl now and no time to make and drink 3 cups a day so I bought these and have only taken them for 10 days before my period and have had no spotting! Something that took the tea 3 months to do! Also has helped with my PMS I'm shocked at how quickly it has worked. So thankful.

Would this product still have potency if I opened the capsule and poured in hot green tea?

a friend does that and she tells me that it still is potent. she is a holistic nurse and recommends consuming it in liquids. I have done this myself in a cup of hot tea and other drinks. take care!
