Horrible stopped working after two months!

Most chargers claim that they fast charge and don’t! This charger is perfect!!!!! My phone will charge from 7% to 98% in less than an hour!! I should have paid attention to the cord length but all in all, I would purchase again!!

It suddenly stopped working after 3 months, but it was good while it lasted. Fast charge but short cable. I’m not sure why it stopped working though.

I typically only write reviews after I’ve used a product for a while, so after using it as a backup charger for a few months I can say that you should pass on this one.Pros:When it did work it was just as good as the original apple charger. It charged very fast. Did not show any ‘accessory not supported’ notifications.Cons:1. It is very hard to pull the cord out of the base. I fought with it once and never bothered again because I didn’t want to break it but the thing would not detach.2. It did not last long. I’ve only had it for 4 months, it gave out about a month ago. It does connect to my phone but my battery dies while connected to it. I have tried lots of troubleshooting (I work in tech support) but to no avail it is getting tossed.3. customer service is nonexistent. I emailed the customer service email and filled out an online form the day it stopped working and they have still not replied. I sent the email on January 10th and it’s February 3rd. So if yours stops working I would not expect for you to get it replaced once the Amazon returns window closes.Would I recommend it? Definitely not. I typically stick with Anker for chargers but I wanted to save some money. You get what you pay for when it comes to electronics.

Completely frustrated that I cant return. This item was used properly. Died on 4/5/21 delivered on 2/5/21. Enough said. Dont waste your money. ***That was my original review, but to my surprise the company reached out and offered a full refund or a replacement. At least they wanted to make things right***I'm satisfied that this was made right.
