These are wonderful for storing cables. I imagine they will work great for synth patches. You don't want to use zip ties that get incredible tight. This can tear the stranded wire inside expensive patch cords. For the price range these are almost a steal. I certainly will be buying more. I am still building my modular synth instrument, but cable management becomes crazy. Using kitchen bag twist ties got old really quick. I will be using these a lot on my lab bench for sure. . I think the only thing I don't like about these is they look like they will fray over time. I am not sure you can avoid that if your constantly changing your cables around. Even if you spend more on a reliable musicians brand. In my case I will be using these for prototyping as well. At this price point I can't complain and to be honest I think a dot of super glue here a little there when freying occurs will keep them from coming apart any time soon. Otherwise buy zip ties and make it permanent.

Great value works good and easy to use. The pricing was fair and the material used is good quality and durable.

I knew what these were when I bought them so I'm not disappointed but owning these has shown me why I generally prefer a different style of cable ties. These are straight hook and loop strips with no gimmicks. The problem, for me, comes down to the simplicity. I've previously used ties that 'thread' through a loop in one end and then secure with hook and loop. That design allows you to pull the slack tight and create a VERY secure tie down. This design doesn't have any leverage point like that so you're just wrapping this around the cables loosely. That makes these vastly superior for temporary applications as they are MUCH easier to remove. However for a more permanent cable installation ease of removal can become a negative and the self securing style of ties is much preferred. Ultimately I can't take stars off of a product that does exactly what it's intended to do even if using these has reinforced that I prefer a different style of cable ties.

Good for Cable management in your PC Setup, Rifle cable management with laser or flashlight accessories. This can be used for many things, I usually find use for this for slotting my cables from my PC together to manage the messy cables, I also use this for bundling together wires and unused USB cables in my desk to tidy them up when they arent in use. Overall a good organizational tool. You can find a lot of uses for this around the house or even in the car if you need to tie some things down like some wires for your dash cam. 4/5 stars.

I have several computers in my home and a lot of electrical gadgets. I am organizational and neat freak. Wires all over the place make me crazy. These cable ties are really good and work extremely well. They are just the right size to where I can secure a smaller amount of wires or if there is a large amount of wires that I need to secure I can double them up. They also work great for securing wires to a desk leg.

These are rather versatile cable ties / fasteners. I ordered these with the intent of organizing computer cables, but with how many that came in the box (50), I used some on loose guitar cables, as well as indoor, and even shorter outdoor extension chords. These would also work around the house for things such as makeshift curtain tiebacks. The Velcro secures well, and so far haven't any issue with it securing. Overall, these are very useful if you're looking to organize, especially cables as they can clutter as they add up.

With quadruple monitors, PC, Mini PC, laptop, speakers, printer, lamp, mini fan, etc. it was a must for me to organize the cables. Originally I started with zip ties I had stashed away but quickly realized I need something I can readjust as needed. With so many cables I would reorganize them while organizing them (it was a bitch), which would pointlessly waste zip ties as you need to cut them off and can't reuse them. I don't think I could find anything better than this, nor do I have the need to given it's mostly pros: -They're lightweight without any anchors or starters, very convenient to apply, especially when you're twisted upside down under the desk. -Velcro allows you to apply it with any pressure required. At times I needed it to be real tight and hold up the cables, other times I just needed them to be bundled together loose. -You receive more than enough so you don't have to ration them or worry about running out. I burned through them at my desk without any worries, still had plenty leftover, so I decided to organize the cables in the living room as well, and still have some. Good thing for such a purchase. -Color options, although black works best for cables and blends in which makes it even more discreet, you do have a choice of pink ties if you're a spoiled princess with a pony. Not much really for cons, except when you try gripping the cables with it (more so when you try to tie them to the post of your desk) you might struggle a bit to get that tight hold. Trick is to let the Velcro attach itself before you pull on it for tightness. Even then sometimes it would slip out if you pull too hard at first. Also, don't pull hardcore either, few of them ripped off on me, but then it might be a me problem as my entire life everyone complained I close jars and and bottles and tie things too tight. I wouldn't consider the above cons thought, it comes with the lightweight and convenience aspect of the product. If you need heavyweight I'd consider another product, but for a home or office these are perfect. I"ll be ordering these again for sure should I need more in the future.

I cut them down the middle to make thin strips of them and they still hold very well! They don't seem to magnetize cat hair or anything so far. They haven't loosened yet, so that is promising, too
