I am in the process of completing my Honey Whip/ Sweet Devil module cosplay for the upcoming Miku Expo! I bought this wig, and am in the process of styling it. It’s nice and full. Not overly shiny, and NOT cheap-looking like a Party City wig. The wig cap it came with is absolutely worthless, so just toss it. **WHAT YOU NEED: ** 1. Get a mannequin head, or make one like I did! Just go online and look up,” DIY mannequin head.” Also, pick up a good wig cap, and a wig band to further help your wig stay in place. 2. Get a texturizing hair powder, hair detangler or spray bottle with water, a razor, a straightener, and a good strong-hold hair spray like Got2be. 3. Have a constant reference to look at. (In multiple angles is the best.) **ACTUAL STYLING:** 1. Section bang pieces, and spritz with water or detangler. Thin and cut hair with razor as MUCH as possible. Work in thin horizontal sections, starting from the bottom most layer of whatever piece you’ve decided to work on, and slowly let more hair down from the top as you go. The layer closest to the face should be the longest. 2. When the bangs are done, sprinkle a good dose of texturizing powder on the parts you just did, and rustle it up to make it easier to work with. (This helps with shine too.) Coax the hair into the shape you want. Spray lightly with the super hold hair spray, focusing on the tips more than anything, twist and pinch the hair tip in your finger to get a nice point. **EXTRA NOTES:** -Scissors will make sections chunky and wonky. Please avoid scissors, and go for a razor. This is NOT like human hair, so we have to treat it differently. We want to remove a good bulk of the weight with a razor, so we can get a more realistic look, be more comfortable, and get nice feathered “anime” hair points. Hold the hair firmly and razor away. I promise this is easier than scissors. -Still too bulky and chunky at the ends? Razor the sides of the chunky parts more, you want short to long layers. Think of a “V.” -If a straightener is needed for whatever reason, set on lowest setting, quickly run through hair and hold it in place with your fingers. If it’s too hot to touch, you’re leaving the iron on the hair for too long! This is for setting particularly stubborn hair patterns. I did this on Miku’s side face framing pieces that were too curly out of the bag. -I personally do NOT use a straightener to crimp. I don’t think it helps like texturizing powder does, and I don’t like the way it looks.

This is way better than I expected, especially for the price. It was smooth, looks like real hair, and not tight like most wigs. Sometimes these have an awful smell as well and that was not the case. The packaging could use some love b/c it came in a plastic bag and hair net and tissue paper was stuffed inside. The wig cap that was included was way too small, but other than that I am pleased and will purchase from this company again.

I love this wig and for the price, it is definite a no brainer! My only complaint is that I wish it was a few inches longer. However I am 5"11 and it is still very long..so honestly not a big deal. Anyways the color is accurate and the wig is beautiful. Definitely thick enough and so are the clips. I bought two to make the pony tails even thicker however, I wouldn't say it is needed. I will still use both though because I think it looks amazing with both. However, again I wouldn't say its needed. Especially if you have a smaller face and your more petite(smaller/shorter). It does tangle, however if you use a de-tangler or argon spray, you should be fine. Overall I was very pleased with this wig. I love cosplay and own a business that entertains for family fun using characters and cosplay. I make my own costumes and I am a perfectionist and this wig meets my standards. Oh it also came a lot quicker than expected which was a very nice surprise.

The wig has a great color, it was perfect for my Pokemon Misty cosplay. The wig is a little shiny, but there are products to cut down on the shine, which I did not use and I still think it didn't look that bad in pictures. It was a good orange color without being outrageous. The color is slightly darker than the image used for the product. As far as quality of the wig, it's okay for the price of the wig. I had debated about whether I would even use the clip on ponytail. I wanted to try to pull the hair into a side ponytail that would stick out like the characters just using the base wig, but the moment I tried to pull the fibers to the side a ton of the netting showed through and no amount of rearranging the fibers could compensate. In addition, I didn't cut the bangs and went with a more side-swept bang, but I will say that it was tricky to get it to swoop to the side without netting showing, but I did manage to get it to work. With that in mine, I would say that the base wig is fairly thin. The fibers are also slippery, which can be a bad thing if you want to try to bobby pin the hair around the base of the wig so it sort of looks like a real ponytail style as I tried this and the bobby pins just slipped out constantly, you might need a product to texture the hair so that bobby pins will grip the hair better or maybe invest in some really strong hairspray or gel. The clip on pony tail was really nice, no real complaints about it. I did have to rearrange the fibers coming out of the top of the clip on so that they hid the clip, but I've had to do that with any clip on extension. Attachment of the clip on to the base wig is; however, a pain. As stated, the wig isn't very thick which means that there isn't much for the giant clip to attach itself too in addition to the slippery condition of the fibers. This can also result in exposed netting since the fibers get pulled into the clip. I attempted to try to get the prongs of the comb through the base wigs netting to try to secure it onto my own hair, but there prongs are too big to slip through the netting. I did manage to make it work with a lot of rearranging and the awkward feeling of having bunched up the wig on one side since the prongs wouldn't go through. All in all, the wig is workable and is okay for the price you are paying. If you are looking for a quick fix for a casual cosplay or halloween costume, then this would be good for you. If you are looking for excellent quality for a next level costume/professional look or you don't want to have to fuss too much, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

ug hair is way to cheap and easy to knot but then the knots do not come out it with the best wig products you can buy. Way over priced and the clips are not sturdy and when clipping onto wig which it really short short hair, it brings the wig off your head unless your constantly re adjusting it. The clips with the hair on it is thin and not as thick or much hair as shown on the pictures and the hair has a fake look to it. Better to get a full Teal wig from china wait a month for it to come and just clip up the full wig.Would look and feel better and lst longer than this wig. One clip got so tangles just from falling that i had to throw it out and I never even wore this wig but for 5 mins to take pictures when I first got it. I think going out with this wig on would not work at all. You could desing your own clips with a 12$ wig that is better material and looking. Then buys another wig and add your own made clips to the wig all for 24$ the same price as this or just buy a teal wig use pony tails to make piggy tails and use the other 12$ to buy another long thick and realistic looking and feeling wig for half the price as this one. Just look up wigs here on amazon and see the ones that are from china that go for 15$ they are worth 100$ i swear.

Really nice quality for the price. The hair feels soft, not fake or shiny, and it holds its shape well. Comes with a hair net that makes it easy to hide your real hair underneath. Great option for costumes or everyday use on a budget.

I really love it a lot! I bought it to try out and I really was not expecting much but wow was I surprised! I wear it in public and people seem to love it! There is clips so you can tighten it and it is pretty long. But you need to cut the bangs so that it can fit your face because for me, the bangs were past my eyes. After wearing it for a while it does get itchy for me, and also the hair near where it attaches behind your neck get tangled most of the time. The hair does feel fake but the hair does not look fake. For the colours, it is more of all pink and just a small black portion, but for the bangs, for me there is more black the pink. Anyways, I LOVE this wig! Not gonna lie, I very much recommend it if you are buying it to have fun/ halloween!!! By sophia on dads account
