Received within 2 days. I was impressed by the packaging and looks of the charger. After unboxing I immediately connected my apple watch charger through the well designed pop up holder. Installation was quick and simple. It quickly charges my iPhone 12 Pro max phone. Unlike other chargers it does not get hot. So far I charged my phone, watch and airpod pro together. The material of the charger is smooth and tech looking. It is a solid piece of electronic equipment. If you want no wires everywhere than this is for you. The power brick is quite large but once plugged in ewho will care. It's not inexpensive but then again a quality item never is. Update. The unit failed on day 29. It stopped charging any item. It had power but it would not charge anything I tried. I found it difficult to get their customer support to replace it. They wanted me to send them a video demo of how it didn't charge. Luckily Amazon replaced it. It would be beneficial if you are talking to American buyers that you understand our language. A defect is a possibility. Having to make a video to somehow how them what I already explained via mail twice is ridiculous. Hoping the replacement does better.

I love the product so much only thing i dislike is its get my phone hot when charging but other than that product worls great

This is a very versatile and compact charging device. It eliminates multiple wires and charges multiple brands and devices. I have had this for almost two months and so far I am very pleased with it. Pitaka‘s customer service is also very good. I expect to be purchasing more of their products in the future.

It looks great and works perfectly. You truly pay for what you get and you get so much more. I have the iPhone case by Pitaka as well, and I have dropped it numerous times and you can't tell one bit. I have an iPhone 13 Pro with a Pitaka case. The camera bump is so thick, the phone will barely charge wirelessly due to the gap between the charging pad and phone. I recently went on vacation with 12 other people. Nobody could use the upright charging position because the plug doesn't go far enough into the lightning port unless you remove your iPhone's case.I expected to be able to charge at least 4 iPhones at once, but realistically you can only charge 2, and you have to use the side USB ports. The only time I'll use the wireless charging feature is overnight.
