good service from supplier
have not been able to make fixture work yet. This new bulb did not turn on but we suspect, as Info suggests, that the ballast may be needing replacement and the old light could still be good but probably is burnt out because the ballast can destroy the bulb when it quits so we have not used this new bulb yet and must either find another fixture or try replacing ballast. At top of a 20 foot ladder so it is not high on the task list.

Its what I wanted...
It was as expected with safe arrival and it worked just fine and the numbers matched the replacment bulb. Remember it had to warm up a bit. sylvania also seems to last quite long in comparison to another brand I once purchased.
