This is a different design from other sunshades I've had on our RX330.It does a great job of blocking the sun. It fits tightly in the window...very little leakage around the edges due to a not-so-tight fitNow, comparing it to the folding shade I had used previously:It's a bit harder to put in place. I find my rear-view mirror usually needs re-adjustment. I might improve my technique over time.It take up less space than my folding shades, but it's harder to put away. the process of rolling it up and making it tight enough for the velcro straps to reach, is not as easy as just folding and wrapping the stretchy band.It was also less expensive than other shades the claimed to be specific to my car.

The perfect fit. Nice thick material and really helps keep the car cooler.

Bought these for my two Lexus' and they are just a little short on the width, so this doesn't happen: "Because the Custom Sunshield is cut to precisely the windshields shape, the surrounding frame holds the sunshield in place." Nah, you still have to use the sun visors to hold it up.Also, I find it easy enough to roll up; but, my girlfriend thinks they're a pain.

Very effective, just wish it could roll much into a small disk.
