Is there Psilocybin in this product? I understand certain mushroom contain this.

Magic mushrooms!??? My oh my NO! (..at least there's no mention of such on the bottle or at dremilnutrition.com, however, there are SEVERAL books on Amazon about them.

My 1st order of pills were white and this last batch was a dark brown.  Why the difference?

Thank you for the inquiry and thank you for the repeat business. The color change has to do with the specific batch of mushrooms picked. Our supplier hand-picks mushrooms for quality and each batch can vary in color, but are tested for purity and active ingredients (beta-glucons in this case) but the color and smell can vary from batch to batch. Many supplement companies choose to keep the color of the powder consistent by using artificial coloring, which we choose not to do on most of our products, this one included. Rest assured that the actives have been tested by both our raw material supplier as well as a third-party prior to entering our encapsulation machine. This is often the case with certain natural/organic products, but we do realize it does make some customers uneasy. Rest assured that the product is virtually  identical as we also test for micros, toxins and active ingredients and make sure that they are all within a very specific range before encapsulating. Color and taste can sometimes vary because of the lack of artificial color and we do not test for color or smell (these tests do not exist in the industry). Hope this answers your question!

Are these made from the mycelium or fruiting bodies?

Mycelium is the bottom part of the mushroom. This is part is the cheap part and easier to develop. The fruiting body is what has the health benefits. Do you own research
