Gorgeous, gorgeous tote. As always, Frye quality is fantastic and the style is on point. It's a great size, not too gigantic but big enough to be super useful for daily use as well as travel. I fly often to DC and this fits so much, including my 13" MacBook. I love that there are two compartments so it's more organized and love that it stands up on its own. I have always liked how Frye purses have the clip inside for the keys so they are easy to find and grab. I also like how the middle zippered divider is so sturdy and padded. The inside cloth pouches are pretty small. I would usually put my phone there but it's too small for my phone and my phone isn't very big --just an iPhone 12 mini. I just put my phone in the padded middle divider and that works fine. I do wish the color was a little lighter or there was a color option à little lighter for the Spring /Summer color but it's good enough. It's just so beautiful and I love the style. My new favorite purse for sure and it will last and last like all the Frye products I have. It's expensive but worth it. No regrets. I also wish the straps were a little flatter and I hope they wear well but the handle length is great. I am petite, 5'1" and I don't feel it's too big. I can have it over the shoulder or just on my arm. Highly, highly recommend. The packaging was amazing. Every part wrapped and padded with extreme care and comes with a nice quality bag for storage and traveling. Sometimes I just sit and stare at it. It's so pretty!

Well..I did it! I ordered this beautiful bag. I am still choking on the price as even though I like a good quality bag..this was over the top for me. It came yesterday and this is not my first Frye bag..but it's going to be the one I use all the time I suspect. It's large and yes, heavy but not enough to put me off. I bought another Frye bag and sent it back due to how heavy it was. NOT this time. Frye bags do not collapse on you either. The one I was using lay in a heap on the floor, no structure. I wanted structure but not to the point of being stiff and rigid. This is nice soft leather.. One person said one of her handles on her bag pulled loose. It would take a tractor to pull the handles off these bags. Very interesting. Yep...no big surprises..just nice organizaton...oh..and I really liked that soft pouch in the center where you can drop your cell phone or anything you do not want scratched, or broken..like a mirror.. OR to keep sticky fingers from reaching. Yep..Love it! Thanks Frye. Great work!!

This bag is the perfect size. Not too big, not to small. I've tried a few other Frye bags that were simply too small for me. They were absolutely beautiful & well made but I erred when reading the measurements. The Melissa Tote can hold my wallet, glasses, notepad, hand cream, perfume, water bottle, iPhone & iPad Air comfortably...with room to spare! The divider pocket is padded & gives extra protection against damage to fragile items. The beige is gorgeous, the lighter interior makes it easy to find what you're looking for, the leather looks & smells fantastic & the handles are super sturdy. You can see immediately the great care & attention that is put into the packaging of this lovely bag the moment you open the box. It also comes with a plush dust cover! My only wish is that it had an exterior pocket. That would be great to slip your cell phone or keys into. I've gotten many compliments so far & I plan on using this bag for years to come.

I love my new purse. I love it so much I want to buy more of them in case this one goes off. The leather is so pettable and soft. This feels like the dream of what a good leather purse would feel like. Not paper thin, but sturdy and soft. The color (wine) is deep and perfect, somewhere between wine and cordovan. It's a little more brown than purple, and hits a great sweet spot in that "I can wear it with black, navy or brown" area. One of the best things about this purse is that it isn't just an open vast bucket with two open side pockets and a zipper pocket like 90% of the purses out right now. No my friend, this thing has those AND a center divider with an additional zipper pocket. This central zipper pocket is even padded. It's the perfect spot for my kindle and phone which nestle in, protected and easy to find. Fantastic. The drop is good, an inch more would make me even happier, but this is good. Goodness I love this purse. It's luscious and perfect.

This bag is gorgeous! It’s well made and sturdy. Arrived in perfect condition and protected well during shipping. I LOVE the color and the leather of Frye products never disappoints. It’s a bit bigger than expected and the straps are a bit shorter than I would have liked but it’s still a keeper.

I have a number of Frye shoes and boots, and the quality is the best and will last a long time. I do periodically wax them. But this is my first Frye bag and I can't say enough about it! I watched it for awhile, until there was a mark down and decided to go for it. It can hold so much, including my iPad, iPhone, wallet, glasses, makeup, and even a water bottle, and more. The compartments are nicely organized. It stays on my shoulder without sliding off. Very pleased! The slate color goes with everything. The only thing it needs are the studs on the bottom of the bag. I may have those put on as I have had that done in the past. I noticed per the other reviews, the lack of the Frye tag, which would add a nice touch. I was at Nordstroms the other day and noticed that all the Frye purses had no tags. In fact, I hardly saw any on all the other high end purse lines.

It’s a fake. Not a real Frye. I returned it. The lining is not what Frye uses, the handbags stinks smells very chemical n can u say HEAVY!! Believe other honest reviews. Do not buy. I have posted several positive reviews when it’s a good product that’s worthy!! It looks like polyurethane material to me not, real leather and I’m a farm girl you can’t fool me on REAL Genuine leather or the cows they came from. Buyer Beware! I was so excited to receive this. I even called Frye corporation to verify the real signature handbags versus a fake. I did my homework before returning it. Yes I got a refund. God is good.

Love this purse! Lots of room. Any scratches that occur, can be rubbed out with soft cloth. Gotten quite a few compliments on purse.

La bolsa es muy hermosa, la piel incomparable y huele delicioso. Probé “borrar” las marcas como indica en la descripción (frotando con un paño seco) y si funciona 👏 fácilmente se convertirá en mi bolsa para el diario; es espaciosa (si no te gustan las bolsas grandes, no es para ti) tiene compartimientos y divisiones que ayudan a mantener organizadas las pertenencias. Las asas son muy cómodas. Si la encuentran a buen precio, anímense! No se arrepentirán. Agregó una fotografía comparándola con la Melissa shopper y no hay mucha diferencia en el tamaño.

This bag was a bit more “square” in shape than I had anticipated but it is a deep bag with a wide base so it does hold more than expected without being cumbersome. Rich cognac colour, beautiful leather and sturdy handles to hold it all!! More pricey than some other bags but well worth it and I foresee this one lasting me for many years to come! Lives up to my Frye expectations!!

J'ai choisi la couleur Carbon et je suis très heureuse de mon achat. La qualité est excellente , vrai cuir italien, j'ai tout de suite mis la protection pour le cuir afin de protéger mon achat. Cette sacoche sera bonne à vie. Je l'ai reçu quand même assez rapidement. L'espace est parfaite, elle tient bien debout. L'étiquette de 398$ était encore dessus alors que j'ai été chanceuse de la payer beaucoup moins cher, bref je recommande cette compagnie Frye pour la qualité, la beauté, la solidité. Très heureuse de mon achat. Le prix en vaut le coût. Je rachèterais leur produit sans hésiter
