Can these fit kaweco sport pens?

Even if it fits, all of mine (3 boxes) either leaked or were unusable. Check out the reviews.

Will all colors be erasable? Or just the one cartridge that comes with the erasable purple fountain pen?

Mostly royal blue ink is erasable and black one is only erasable with an Ink Eraser.

will this fit AmazonBasics fountain pen?

I suspect it will! From the images it looks the same.
