I broke/disassembled the spring in the coffee basket is there anyway i can fix it or replace the basket without buying a whole new coffee machine?

You probably need to ask the manufacturer. (Mine popped out once, and I was able to just pop it back in.)

Can i use the Arabic coffee ?

Arabic coffee requires different roast. It wont taste good but you can still add it
