Disturbing Effect
I chose this product for my insomnia issue... took first tablet and couldnt sleep the whole night... not only that, had my brain continuously restless and heart pounding continuously...Took another tablet next night... same thing... now... I am awake for last three days and am scared of having my 3rd tablet...

These are strong enough to help me sleep.
These work. I have insomnia, and my doctor prescribed me some melatonin 1%. I felt something with them but not enough. So when my prescription ran out at the same time my doctor was on vacation I ordered these otc, stronger melatonin tabs. These not only have a pleasant raspberry taste, but they're strong enough to help.This time I not only feel something but I feel sleepy. And if I go to bed as soon as these hit I get more hours of sleep than I have for a while. So I continue to take these instead of the ones I get from my doctor.

This is what I needed
As a healthcare worker that works 12 long hours at night it is important to get home and get to sleep fast to be on my best and well rested. This is it. I do not feel drowsy and it works quickly. The taste is a refreshing berry and not chalky. I went with 12 mg because I wanted to sleep well and not wake up a few hours later to have to redose. Highly recommend. Better than Ambien

UPDATE: itโs been sometime now & this product works for me 4-6 hours of sleep & you can see I can write properly! LolThis product is excellent, for those that said it worked great then stopped. Sometimes your body gets use to medicine or vitamins etc quickly. Its all about your body and how it process's things. So your not wrong that it just doesn't work anymore. When you try another brand or even the same check the ingredients & weed out until you find one your body works with. This works great for me & i truthfully have in pothirty one years had more than two hours sleep. I had a daughter with Cystic fibrosis who recently passed away i was afraid to sleep & now she's gone i still don't sleep but i did get a good four hours in when i got this. Seems pitiful & i agree but trust me it was awesome.I'll update as time goes by & lets see if it looses its strength. So far so good ๐๐๐ผ

To put it simply, THIS STUFF WORKS!
Review begins:I have had insomnia for many years, and have tried all sorts of both OTC and prescription medications with only limited success in the past. I would take them and it would still take me ~ 2 hours to fall asleep, and then I would wake up after only 3-4 hours of sleep and not feel rested at all.I have heard a lot about melatonin, but have never tried it in the past, due to some skepticism about "natural" sleep aids. Finally, I broke down and ordered this product.Since I have a high tolerance to medication, I figured I would try this using a whole pill of 12 Mg instead of splitting it in half. Since it was a fast dissolve type, I put it under my tongue and just let it dissolve. In just 20 minutes, I was putting down my book and getting hunkered down, since I could feel the sleepiness coming on.8 HOURS LATERI awoke refreshed as I have not been in years. I did not wake up even ONCE during the night, and when my alarm went off, I was ready to take on the world feeling fully refreshed.So I DO recommend you try this if you haven't. I know it helped me. Works Great!
It is quite strong so Ive started using half of a pill per night. They do exactly as intended and kick into effect rather quickly. I am deployed and my sleep hours are always screwed up. These help fall asleep regardless of how crazy my hours get. :D These things are a lifesaver!
