I wasn't expecting much but it's surprisingly good. It's hemmed with two layers, I actually cut one of these so I have single sheets for straining some things faster. The full cloth is great for pandemic-fueled DYI Greek yogurt projects. Very easy to wash. Be sure to unfold to dry. No complaints after several uses now.

I use this frequently for hanging goat cheese and it is the BEST fabric I have found. Some muslin is actually too thin, and a dishcloth is a little too thick, but this is just right. Squeezes all the whey right out (visibly) and the cheese turns out thicker. Love these!!
