This protein powder is really good. It has a great amount of protein and tastes awesome. I would especially recommend cookies and cream flavor. When added to milk, it tastes exactly like store-bought flavored milk, but with way less sugar and packed with protein. It doesn't even have a horrible aftertaste!

Very good, the only issue is the sugar test, if it doesn't contain any sugar it will be better especially with milk.

Ich habe in den letzten Jahren schon einige Proteinpulver ausprobiert und bin bei diesem hängen geblieben. Der Geschmack (Cookies & Cream) ist wirklich gelungen – weder künstlich noch übertrieben süß. Selbst mit Wasser schmeckt es angenehm, mit Milch natürlich noch etwas besser. Besonders positiv finde ich die Löslichkeit. Ein paar Sekunden im Shaker reichen aus und das Pulver ist nahezu klumpenfrei aufgelöst. Genau so stelle ich mir ein hochwertiges Whey vor. Auch die Zusammensetzung überzeugt. Pro Portion liefert es 24 g hochwertiges Molkenprotein, enthält wenig Zucker und Fett sowie natürlich vorkommende BCAAs, die den Muskelaufbau und die Regeneration unterstützen. Optimum Nutrition gehört nicht ohne Grund seit Jahren zu den bekanntesten Herstellern im Bereich Sporternährung. Ein Punkt, der für mich persönlich besonders wichtig ist: Ich habe einen sehr empfindlichen Magen und reagiere auf manche Proteinpulver mit einem unangenehmen Völlegefühl oder Verdauungsproblemen. I was sceptical to try cookies n cream as it’s a flavour that a lot of companies don’t do well. I read a lot of reviews basically saying 50/50 people love or hate it! But honestly it is my new favourite flavour. I’ve tried cookies n cream, rocky road and double rich chocolate from ON gold standard. All amazing flavours. Cookies n cream is my favourite with rocky road in second! So far I prefer gold standard to all other protein companies I’ve tried and I will continue to order from them! Honestly wish I could drink it all day.

Peanut butter chocolate is my favorite, and my go to protein. Cookies and cream was okay at best. Both mix very well, and have good texture. Just know not all flavors are equal.
