I bought it on June 15, and I have only used it twice. Today is my third time using it, but it is no longer working properly. It wasn’t used heavily because I only used it once a week, and I only used it for 5 pieces of clothing.Now, on July 1, I wanted to use it again, but it’s not working properly anymore.

Received product after half an hour from ordering but not working lol, and when i requested a replacement, the delivery date was given was on the 10th of september loool. Super ridiculous!

احببت المنتج جدا .. من ناحية الجودة وسهولة الاستخدامولكنه وصلني معطلا للأسفعندما يكون جاهزا واضغط علىزر الطاقة يصدر صوتا ولا يضخ بخارا ..احسست بخيبة أمل .. حاولت اكثر من مرة ولكن لا فائدة مازال لا يضخ البخار ..اضطررت لارجاعه للأسف
