It’s a USB. It does what it needs to, and it does it properly.

This is a good flash drive, not the slowest but not the fastest either. It is about the same price as some very cheap Chinese drives (Kexin) but performs much better. On a large directory transfer, they could only do about 1-2 MB/s, and often dropped below 1 MB/s. This drive averages around 10 MB/s. Much better performance for about the same money. For only a couple of dollars more I bought some Samsung flash drives that out perform this one, hitting 30 MB/s on my computer for the same transfer. The flash drive comes with a small removable cap to protect the connector. It could be easily lost. Other designs don't have this drawback with protection built in, so it's not the best. The Kexin drives have a rotating shield, while the Samsung drives have nothing. So again, this drive is not the worst and not the best in that regard either. Good drive overall.

While a 90.9 MB/s read speed is decent for basic file access, the 13.35 MB/s write speed is very slow. For a true USB 3.2 experience, you should look for drives with significantly higher write speeds (ideally 100 MB/s or higher)
