I've been a loyal customer of ON Gold Standard Whey for years, but this time the product was a huge letdown. The Double Rich Chocolate flavor does not taste the same as before—it has a weird, artificial taste that makes me question the product's authenticity. It’s nothing like the quality I’m used to from Optimum Nutrition. I’m very disappointed and feel like I may have received a fake or compromised batch. I want a refund—this is unacceptable for such a trusted brand.
