Leather Binder - A Liquid Filler That Can Be Used to Strengthen Heavily Worn or Cracked Leather (250ml)

Purchased to deal with some scuff marks and a larger crack that had appeared on a leather sofa that I should have taken better care of before now. Really impressed with how easy it was to apply the product with a special sponge purchased from the same company and the leather looked noticeably better even after just one application (the company recommends three applications). The instructions on the back of the bottle were really easy to read and follow. There was no noticeable smell, it dried quickly and the sofa looks much better. I just applied some conditioner after it had dried because the leather on my sofa needed it but I'm really happy with the new life that it has leased into my sofa. You only need a small amount of product and the bottle will last a long time should other scuff marks appear. Excellent value for money.

This stuff is amazing. The arms of my chair were covered in cracks that looked and felt terrible. Several coats of this has sealed the cracks and so far shows no sign of failing. My chair is not like new, but it now looks like patina from age and no one except me would realise there were cracks. Highly recommended and 5 stars from me. Just be aware, as others have said, that although it is touch dry in just a few minutes, it will feel sticky for a few days. Well worth that minor downside though.

Bought as I was swindled by a seller on Vinted who sold me rotted (dry rot) leather boots, this leather repair did manage to hold the boots together for one singular trip to the local pub, after that the boots sadly had to hit the landfill as the leather completely split while I was in Tesco! not a great look! However I suppose the leather repair did as much as it could.

This product did a great job strengthening crack areas in my walking boots, however the packaging is appalling. It comes with a screw on cap which has a cheap cardboard seal , which is designed for a product you would open only once and use the entire contents. Well that is not how you use this product - for each job you need three or more applications, but when you open it the second time, the cap comes off but the cardboard seal is left stuck to the bottle and you have to pull it off - it soon tears and no longer acts as a seal so the contents leak out. This is avoidable and extremely annoying. I cannot understand how a quality product is spoilt by such a basic packaging error.

Good product

I was disappointed with this product, its supposed to repair scratches on leather. As its just surface scratch I thought it would repair the scratch with out any problem.

Covered the cracks well on my chairs only wish I had used it before

Funciona bien. Lo usé para reparar unas grietas pequeñas en el volante de cuero de mi coche. Aplicas con una esponja, dejas que seque y luego repites el proceso las veces que sea necesario hasta que quede cubierta la grieta. Luego eliminas el exceso con algún producto de limpieza ya que si no quedará una especie de barniz pegajoso. Importante aplicar acondicionador de cuero después en la zona tratada para que el resultado sea perfecto.

J'ai essayé de réparer deux paires de bottes. J'en ai mis plusieurs couches sur le bout des chaussures mais sans résultat. Je vais être obligée de tester avec de la pâte réparatrice. C'est peut-être plus efficace sur quelque chose de plat. Je suis très déçue.
