Spigen Neo Hybrid iPhone 5S / 5 Case with Flexible Inner Protection and Reinforced Hard Bumper Frame for iPhone 5S / iPhone 5 - Champagne Gold

I bought one of these for my phone and after a few months bought another for my wife. They are fantastic cases, they seem to do a great job of protecting the phone and they are slim and don't add a lot of bulk to the devices. They're also easy to slip in and out of a pocket without sticking to anything. We couldn't ask for more.The only downside is that the tight clearances on the bottom of the case where plugs connect means most chargers and docks that aren't the stock cable that came with the phone won't work. I believe that goes for most cases, but it's still a bit of a bummer.Also, removing this case is a terrible idea because the case power button falls off very easy, and without it your $20 case is useless. Mine fell off in a restaurant when I took the case off for some reason and by some miracle I found it under the table, which was not fun at all. I won't take it off again. That means no removing the case to hook into my car stereo (due to the lightning to 30-pin adapter no working with the case) which means no more iphone audio in the car.

I am NOT affiliated with this company whatsoever.I bought this the first time last November 27, 2012 since I'm a big fan of bumper cases and the color yellow. with a little bit of research and faith, I finally decided to get this and loved it! My dad loved it so I gave him mine instead. This month, I decided to get another one since I really loved everything about this case. Turns out, when I received and opened the package, It was as improved model!Pros:-The Bumper case is thinner now, but still gives a "lay on the table" design, so even if you put your iPhone 5 front screen down first, it wouldn't scratch.-feedback on the power and volume buttons are better and I like how they changed the color of the rubber from grey to black-since its color yellow, even if it scratches, its not noticeable at all.-comes in with a FRONT and BACK Screen Protector (the front screen protector is a clear one & the back screen protector is a three-piece, matte type.)now for the cons:-This case comes with a lot of freebies, but I really hate how they included the jelly bean buttons. I know it's optional to put it on, but if you do, its really awkward to press, plus if you place it just a little bit out from the home button, it would be just horrible. Also, its a pain to remove and leaves sticky residues. I'd rather get one of their HOME ALUMINUM BUTTONS then get 3 horrible jelly buttons.**The cons are not a deal breaker though!OVERALL, I really like this improved model and would highly recommend it to anyone. I will put an update on how durable this bumper case is within the next weeks or months. so far, the other sgp spigen the I have is still in excellent condition.UPDATE: BUMPER CASE IS STILL IN GREAT CONDITION. very little (unnoticeable) scratches on the bumper case itself which is normal when you put in in and out of your pocket. still a snug fit.

I ordered this case from Spigen's Amazon Store. The case was defective. My case was missing the button that is supposed to cover the iPhone's sleep/power button. Without this button on the case, a user can barely reach the iPhone sleep button, which is far too recessed inside the case. At first, Amazon did not want to give me a refund because I bought the item from Spigen's Amazon Store, and it was simply "fulfilled by Amazon." Amazon offered only a 5-10% credit to make up for the defect. When I explained that the case was not usable due to this defect, Amazon agreed to give me a full refund and send me a return shipping label for the defective case. Thank you, Amazon!The case's design is flawed; upon a quick scan, I see 3 addition Amazon reviews that state this exact same defect. One person reports that his button detached after one month's usage. Clearly, one can conclude that the sleep button is not fully attached to the case, and it will not last long for many users. It's too bad, as I really like the look of the case, though I did find it a bit slippery.Spigen has no customer service phone number. I emailed them, and they took a week to reply. In their reply, they did apologize for taking so long to answer my email. By that time, Amazon had already stepped in and allowed me to send back the case for a full refund.

Although it is not exactly expensive at $20 but considering that most cases only go for $8-$15, this is like the above average kind and the quality seem to be so as well.The case feel well made, the back of the case provide a really comfortable feeling while holding or grabbing the phone, non slippy but not rough either, just as really smooth feel!So far I have dropped my phone a few time by accident and this case seem to protect it very well, the fact that it is a full wrap around design prevent edge damage. While all 4 corner of the outer hard rim suffered damage, the phone are OK.The back of the case does get scratched up over time, however it is not really visible unless you put it under the light.Overall great case, in fact I bough a total of 6 for me and my friends!

Love this case! It's thin, keeps the same profile as the original phone, protects it well, looks sharp and professional, you can get different colored rings for the outside. The way the buttons push is very defined. They click just like the phone buttons do. None of this soft mushy stuff. The only potential downside is if you use headphones a lot and your jack is a thick one, you will probably have to remove the case to use it. If you have a thin jack you will be fine. I primarily use bluetooth so it's not an issue for me. Fit and finish is awesome! Great case!

I tried Spigen few years ago and I will never go to another brand. Quality and feel is excellent and well worth the money. Spigen product will not wear as other brands. I got the Gold 5s and did a lot of research to the wide range of Spigen products. This is the best in terms of keeping the device slim, complimenting the Gold, what with his case can be only the Silent switch and home gold button. It adds little weight and the colour of the frame is really done well. Both back and side logos of Spigen are engraved, thus adding to the whole quality build. The buttons for sound (silver) and ON/OFF are perfectly aligned and give a better feel than the phone naked does.Sound and speakers are working 100% problems free and discard the chap that says otherwise on the one star review because he must have gotten something else. This series comes without button (adhesive home button sticker) and it would make no sense to have a bubble there. The one I got was sold from Amazon and I confirm its original to the bone!You will not regret this case or any other from the Neo Hybrid Dual Protection Series.

I've had a few cases for my iPhone and this is by far the best. It comes with a cleaning cloth and front and back screen protectors which I havnt bothered putting on. The bumper consists of a silicon wrap and a hard case cover to put over the wrap. It's incredibly thin but offers protection to the front and back of the phone for when its layed on a hard surface and it looks great. I do think it is a tad expensive for what it is but if you want a case that shows off you phone rather than covering the whole thing without adding lots of bulk then this is the one for you.

Loved this case when it initially arrived - it is a really bright colour and a snug fit. When i came to charge my phone i realised that the charger will not fit in with the case on as the hole is to small. Case is to snug to remove every time you need to charge the phone.Disappointed - waste of money - in th ebin now!

Case looks really nice in gold, but I bought it thinking the frame was metal as it says in the description, but it's not, it's plastic, otherwise this would have gotten 5 stars.

Beautiful case that fits like a glove. Can be a little tricky to get on 1st time but once you get used to it, no problem. Packaging is great. Worth the extra money.
