Gave an allergic reaction
I am not allergic to anything...well so I thought until I tried this product. I had it as recommended, two tablets twice daily and by day 2, my skin started to get a prickly sensation. At first I thought it was just dry skin...but no amount of moisturizer took the sensation away. I stopped the Vitamins and within a day the symptoms cleared. I gave a gap of a week before trying them again, just to make sure before I wrote this review...and wow! same thing again! Couldn't sleep all of last night as my skin was and still is feeling nettled. Oddly no hives and red spots...just a sharp prickling sensation under the skin in random areas like eyebrows, face, stomach, back...etc.. Super uncomfortable and sure have wasted my money on this. Didn't expect a Vitamin to behave so strangely!

The perfect one
Garden of Life is mix these in my shakes in the morning. I never get sick! They are made of food and of great quality. My nutritionist loves them herself. Easy on the stomach and I feel great. Good price too.

Great mixture of all nutrients needed
These vitamins consistently give me a gentle boost in the morning. I take them 3 times a week along with St. John’s Wort and thyroid medication. It contains seaweed and I don’t want to mix that every day with hypothyroidism. But occasionally is ok. Regular capsules go down easily. There is no real taste. These help my digestion with the probiotics in them. Easy open screw cap. Consistently good.

Best Vitamin I’ve ever taken
This is honestly the best vitamin I’ve ever taken. I started using it while going through menopause, and it has made a noticeable difference in my energy, mood, and overall balance. The ingredients feel clean and high-quality, and it never upsets my stomach like some other multivitamins do.Pros:• Great support during menopause• Clean, whole-food ingredients• Easy to digest• Boosts energy and overall wellnessCons:• Capsules are a bit large, but manageableFinal Thoughts:If you want a multivitamin that actually makes a difference, this one is worth it. I’ll keep repurchasing.

Whole Foods win for my needs
Love this multivitamin. It checks all my boxes with Whole Foods ingredients, Raw, Non-GMO, and Gluten-Free. Clean, trustworthy, and easy to take daily. Exactly what I wanted in a vitamin.

Nice multivitamin, but the formulation has changed within the past few months. SEE REVIEW.
A health conscious friend shared this whole-food multivitamin with me after learning that I wasn't taking one with any regularity. I like the fact that this incorporates fruits and vegetables, enzymes, and probiotics alongside vitamins, while leaving out soy, nuts, and unnecessary coloring. The capsules are a little on the larger side, but considering the ingredient list, the fact that all of that fits into only four capsules is impressive. Additionally, since this has B vitamins and D3 in it, I'm able to cut out those other supplements - which means taking fewer pills which have a higher nutritional payoff; it also means I'm only investing in one (1) high quality, high efficiency supplement versus several mediocre ones. (BONUS: This also saves me valuable cupboard space). The capsules have/leave a very faint malted sort of aftertaste when I take them, which I wouldn't classify as unpleasant, especially when directly compared to that of other vitamin supplements that have noticeably strong and distinct aftertastes (hey B vitamins, I'm looking at you).Since I was about to run out of the bottle that was given to me, I hopped on Amazon to purchase more. It was delivered in under 24 hours (! - I live in a very rural area and am used to even a lot of Prime deliveries taking longer than two business days). I was going to pass a trial of this on to my mother-in-law, and noticed that between my first bottle and my new bottle, CoQ 10 has been entirely removed from the formula. While that's not a deal breaker for me, it is worth noting. I didn't see any other changes, but TBF, I also didn't do a line-by-line comparison due to time constraints. My intention is to continue to include this in my daily health and wellness routine. While it is a bit on the pricey side, the cost is offset a bit by the other supplements that I won't need to repurchase.
