Horrible taste

Had this for approx a week, first few days were fine and then I started to get very sick. Nausea, migraine, upset stomach. I stopped it for a few days and instantly when I took it the next time the same thing. Be cautious.

Purchased this as I was looking for a good greens/superfood supplement. I was using another brand from the US but was super expensive. I came across this and liked that it had all organic ingredients, a ton of healthy super foods and greens, and the price was amazing. Its not as sweet as some people are saying but everyone's palates are different. It is on the sweeter side though which is better than tasting like grass which some do. I mix it with almond milk in a shaker cup, I feel like that mixes well like that. Wouldn't try it with water, I dont think it would taste good. But would be amazing in yogurt or a smoothie as well. Have noticed I've had more energy, feeling less bloated. Just feeling better to get this all in my diet. Will definitely be purchasing again

I have done a lot of research on green powders before I decided to buy this particular one. I really like this product, I drink it in the morning, before breakfast, I find it gives me energy, so not a good idea to drink it in the evening, if you wanna be able to fall asleep. It is one of a few products on the market that are super packed with great ingredients, and all of them organic (bonus).I would not be able to get this many ingredients in my system every day, on my own, no matter how good of a healthy eater I am. One thing that's not great is that you can't mix it with a spoon, but my $10 battery operated frother from Canadian Tire does the trick, I mix it with some water to start and then I add a fruit smoothie ready made (Oasis). It has a good taste compared to other green drinks, a bit sweet but that doesn't bother me at all. I would say overall it is a great product and I will definitely keep using it.

I've tried a few other well known brands of green powders and one of the things that stood out to me about all of them (and this goes for a lot of powder based supplements) is that usually no matter how much water you mix it with the drink always has a dry chalky/powdery texture. This brand mixed super well and had a smooth texture that went down surprising well. The flavor isn't offensive and I'm able to chug it no problem. At first you taste a hint of the grassy flavor that is typical of green drinks but you get a decent aftertaste of berries that is more pleasant than unpleasant. I usually have trouble with popular drinks like green tea which taste too much like hay for me to enjoy but this drink is much more pleasant. Quality seems high, I've been drinking it for a week and I feel great but I can't tell if that's just from this supplement or all the other stuff I am also doing. I recently increased my water intake to appropriate levels and have started working out again. I take this about an hour and a half after my afternoon workout and it helps sustain my energy for the rest of the afternoon into the evening. Maybe its just an aspect of a placebo effect but I feel better taking it because I'm "doing good for my body". All in all I like it and will probably continue to use this brand, although I do want to try a couple others before I settle on my staple. So far this is the winner.

While I'm giving this a shot and have some hope it will help at least a bit (I eat like utter crap and any help is welcome while I try and fix things) I do have to say - I don't know what horrific things other reviewers have tried before this to praise, in any way, shape OR form the flavor. It mixes into liquids really well. No grittiness. But oh so so so very much flavor. And whoever had the gall to put 'berry flavored' needs to walk outside of the lab and go to the grocery store for some berries to try. This? This isn't berry flavored. Is it undrinkable? No. But unless you have the worlds strongest tasting smoothie or uber concentrated juice - just shotgun the stuff like you are back in college at a frat party. The less time you spend with it in your mouth, the happier you will be. This is one of those things you have to either bury the flavor like crazy or just sigh, put on your adult knickers and knock it back reminding yourself it isn't for taste it's because of potentially decades of crap eating. Basically, if adult, just drink it quick. If giving someone younger? Better find the strongest flavored drink they will consume and try your best to hide it. You won't fall over at the flavor, it IS drinkable, it likely IS better than a lot of other options out there, but it also isn't going to be the best part of waking up, finding this green... stuff in your cup.
