How many of the kids have the cutout for the graters?

When I purchased this set, it did not come with the graters. However, the lids are awful. So, unless they have changed those, don’t count on them being as part as the set. The bowls themselves are nice though!

Could i use an electric mixer in this bowl?

Sure. I do it all the time for cake mixing. The surface does show it, though, so if you like the surface nice and shiny, you probably should not do it.

Are these flimsy or sturdy when they are carried in one hand while full?

The bowls are sturdy and well-made and all the lids fit well except I have a problem with smallest Bowl the lid doesn't fit right

I need to know the grade of stainless steel for this product, is it ss304 or ss201? Would appreciate reply from seller or customers please

I don't know the grade of SS, but they are very light weight. For this reason, I sent them back. I liked the idea of having lids with graters!
