I purcheased the ele and attached it to the trinity nuface and it does not turn on with this attachment on. help.

I purchased 2 Toning devices and 2 ELE attachments and neither worked. I went to Nordstroms and checked with my esthetician and she said that they make newer models in an attempt to make more money. So i'm keeping my original NuFace Toning device and sent back the ELE attachments. I also use a item called Reverse Light Therapy from SkinClinical which I use under my eyes and around the sides around my mouth and have been using that since last October and I have to say I see a difference with that and now with the NuSkin it's even better. My girl said because of my my great genes I really don't need the ELE, it would be overkill, so I'm using what I have. Never got a call back from the company which is really bad customer service.

DOES THIS ELIMINATE "BAGS" UNDER ONE'S EYES?

It helps enormously. I've had a problem with "bags" forever, even when I was young. In fact, I recently saw a suggestion on their website that was made by one of the beauty magazines, to use it once a day after having used your eye cream (rather than using it with the usual gel). I've recently started doing it at night after using my eye cream and I REALLY saw a big difference the next day. The area looked "flatter" and wasn't dark. It really looked great. Give it a try.
