I have only had it a week and so far this thing is amazing. Been over 50 mikes and so far more comfortable and fun than any electric scooter I’ve ridden.

First the board itself cracked, contacted seller, was told it wasn't a defect, but was given a discount on new board. Since that the shocks have both popped off and a belt has broken. Not a good quality board. AZBO makes a better one and the company is lot better to deal with.

Worked at first. Unpaired itself and now I can't get it to work I think were just going to return.Careful of water but after it dried out it worked just fine.I currently have 300 miles on this board and still going strong

Board and controller won’t stay paired and sometimes they unpaid and throttle gets stuck on luckily it only lasts like two seconds but ultimately too dangerous to ride. Also seller I sent this back over a month ago and still no refund. Do not buy!!

Alright, I have to admit it. I was disappointed at first when the 2 boards didn't arrive on time. I will admit that I was really upset when only one board arrived and not the other. I bought 2 of the long boards a 40" off-road and the 38" on-road. I got the off-road board just for me. Figured that I'm getting up there in age now and don't heal as quick as I used to a little bit of cushion for my feet, ankles, and knees might be worth getting. The second board is for anyone who wants to try and ride with me, example being my teenage daughter. The suspension and spring of the off-road board is by far the decision that have done for myself in a long time. First attempt on the board, didn't go so well. The straps on my feet kept making me try to ride it like a snow board so once again I was disappointed and was about to return the board then finally after a few more weeks of waiting the second board I ordered showed up but vacation was over and time is limited again so I had to wait another 2 weeks before getting to try it. This board did not have straps and little to no suspension but damn the ride was smooth even on the asphalt. Surprised the hell out of me. Then I realized that I didn't have a problem riding this one. Not once did I try to cut into the ground to stop or turn. Thats when I realized there wasn't a problem with the off-road board. I just need to remove the foot straps. So I road home quickly and through the off-road board on to the work bench and removed the straps. Went inside the house yelled up the stairs for one of my children to come outside with me. My teenage daughter was the first to show up. So I tossed her the safety gear and said let's try out my new toys. In minutes we're riding down the road at 23 mph and chatting with each other as if we were sitting at the dinner table. Both of us with big smiles on our face as we realize that we are over 5 miles away from home. My daughter and I have gone for rides every chance we get and now have exactly 53 miles on each of these boards. These boards deserve the 5 star rating I gave them for many reasons but I would give them even higher just for creating something that I enjoy playing with as much as my daughter does. Nothing scores higher than an item that brings me closer to my children. Thank you very much. Your boards are great.
