The expiry date is 2.5 years, and shipping is fast. Buying three bottles costs 60% of the price in Singapore. I've been taking this brand of saw palmetto for over three years, and it's very effective; it completely eliminated my nocturia. It also doesn't have the side effects of other prostate medications, such as low blood pressure, constipation, or sexual dysfunction. This medication is most effective when taken with food, and the effects begin to appear about two weeks after starting to take it.

An HRT must. One a week. Keeps bladder control stong in women. Dumps your unusable testosterone that somehow causes bladder leaks. Go figure spent thousands at bladder doctor

It has many health benefits. I was recommended by my physician for Urinary and Prostrate Health
