I want to add on first that I am using this for a Nintendo Switch and sometimes PS4 Also the other negative reviews I read make me laugh because everything you need to know is in the instructions and I’m surprised people don’t read, also response time, move it away from your router and any other device the receives and or disrupts connection Anyways I had another keyboard and mouse adapter that I have been using then I discovered this product, I bought it instantly, once it arrived it was the most easiest setup ever (because I read the instructions) and so far I am very impressed by this, way better then what I had before, the mouse movement is not perfect but works a lot of you know how to move the dead zone around, seriously this thing is customizable to whatever you want, my only thing I really wish existed for the switch side was for it to emulate GYRO CONTROL, i feel the mouse would be much smoother, anyways. Will update review once item is replaced. For now my review is based on initial unboxing and setup. Looks great...doesn’t work with PS4. Spent over 2 hours tweaking and fiddling. Connected to PC to update firmware for both dongle and keyboard. Back to PS4...Tried again...still won’t work. Put in claim for replacement thru amazon and also contacted Gamesir directly. Will update once issue is resolved (either working or fully returned). *Updated* The new device came and connected very quickly. It’s clear the first one was simply faulty. The new one paired and my son was quickly able to start using it. He’ll have a learning curve with the controls, but the keyboard and mouse seem to work very well and without any lag or glitching....he just needs to get used to it now. Hoping it continues to work without issue for long term! Updated to 4 stars (from 2).
