ComfiLife Orthopedic Knee and Leg Pillow for Side Sleepers Sleeping - 100% Polyurethane Foam for Back Pain, Hip Pain Relief

I ordered this to replace one I purchased in 2018. The 2018 model was still structurally sound, but didn’t have a strap, and the cover had pillings from a dark flannel sheet. This one seems slightly larger, but may be only because it’s new, and hasn’t been compressed yet. These pillows are nice and soft, while also supportive. The strap isn’t that noticeable, and keeps it on my leg. I often found the strapless one on the floor in the morning. I’ve had both hips replaced, and have a torn meniscus. Using the pillow relieves both the hip and knee pain. I highly recommend.

This is being written after one night with the knee pillow:I was advised to purchase a knee pillow due to having damaged discs in my lower back as a way to ease pressure from that zone as I am a side sleeper. After one night I can tell it has made a difference. I didn't wake with the back aches and such that I am used to.If you do not have experience with memory foam products, you may be concerned about heat transfer and comfort. The pillow itself never felt warm to me, and I tend to run hot. I could tell it helped with my circulation though as my feet were warmer than usual, which for me was a welcomed effect.If you purchase this, one thing I can advise is you may want to try it first on, say, a weekend when you can sleep a different schedule some. You do, at first, seem to be aware of the pillow. It has no strap, so it can move about on you if you are someone that shifts about in bed much. My placement was just above my knees, and for comfort and to aid in 'gripping' the pillow I crossed my ankles. This seemed to help keep it relatively in place during the night.I did wake a few times and found it had shifted, but at no point, for me, was it just off in the bed somewhere. That was a nice discovery since I share my bed with my fiancee'.Overall I really like this pillow and the construction is great. It doesn't sink in much when you use it, doesn't seem to cause the body to over heat, plus it is designed for you to be able to clean the cover easily, which is a huge bonus. I can see me purchasing other products from the manufacturer in the future.

This pillow works well for me. It has made my side sleeping much easier on my lower back. My husband said he likes his but wishes it was wider. This would be helpful to make them in different widths (like small, medium and large) as people come in all sizes and I am sure my hip width is smaller than his.My issue is with the cover.1. The fabric is very soft, which is nice, but it pills.2. It is washable, which is nice, but it is very difficult to get it off and back on the foam insert. The maker could alleviate this by making the zipper longer.Otherwise, I would recommend.

After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give this pillow a try. I am a side sleeper and like to hike my bent leg pretty far up, which I imagine really puts my spine out of alignment. Needless to say, tossing and turning with severe low back pain all through the night and well into the next morning. The first night I used this pillow, it was like a miracle. The only time I woke up was to turn over to my other side with my pillow still between my knees. This is my third night of using the knee pillow and probably the best 3 nights of sleep I have ever had and the ability to get out of bed the next morning with no back pain. I had no problem adapting to this pillow. It is soft, comfortable and stays put. I just hope I don't have a problem removing the cover to wash as some reviewers complained about. I have already told my sister about this pillow. Thanks for such a great product from a great company!

The pillow was fine and I love the Comfi-Life products, but the knee pillow is too large for me. I am short and fairly petite. I bought it in advance of hip replacement surgery and it’s just too much to maneuver right now.

This product has given me my sleep back!! For months I have been dealing with my lower back and hip hurting while sleep. Those pains went away the first night! I have been using this for a week now and I sleep all night long. I highly recommend!

The self adhesive strap is very week it stops catching in few days but the pad it self is very good quality of memory foam
