G2FCT-BN Drinking Water Faucet, NSF/ANSI 372 Certified, Brushed

Item is exactly as described. It looks and works exactly as expected and makes my sink area look great! This faucet came with everything needed for a super easy install and was a great value compared to many other products that cost much more. The faucet had all the needed components to install it. It fit perfectly even with a large hole in my countertop it covers it great.

This drinking water faucet matches our regular kitchen sink faucet almost perfectly. Easy to install, easy to use, looks great. Great value for the money also. After a couple years the tip started rusting where the water comes out. We obviously don't want to be drinking rusty water and the product sheet even mentions being rust resistant, 304 stainless steel. I contacted Waterdrop support to see if I could get a new replacement tip piece and Harper, the support specialist, was AMAZING and sent us a replacement for free. Replaced the rusted unit with the new one and back in business. I just recommended this water filter system to 2 friends that were looking for one. Super sleek design. I'm a fan of the water handle being just a "pull towards you" in a circular motiobn instead of outward and away from the faucet which limits space for other things on your counter since you have to account for that motion. The water stream is strong. It takes about 30 seconds for me to fill my 64oz YETI rambler but since the faucet's clearance is so high, I can slightly tilt it underneath and let it fill up while I scoop ice into it. Installation was super easy and connecting it to a water filtration system that isn't Waterdrop (got an Aquasana) and it worked just fine.

This faucet is a beautiful design and quality. I purchased this in chrome finish to swap out for the faucet included with the Waterdrop TSU purifier system the included faucet that was cheaply made and not available in chrome. This faucet is made from brass and is larger and just seems much more durable. It installed easily to the purifier system. I got the install done in under half hour. But here is the issue- it says it’s supposed to install on an existing sink hole if you have an extra hole available which we do. However the diameter of the flange of the faucet that contacts the sink surface and the rubber washer and winged plastic nut to secure it from under the sink to the hole are exact same diameter as standard sink holes so after install the faucet spun around and wiggled loosely. I had to rig it and purchase a large metal washer to secure it from the bottom - added the large washer then the included rubber washer and nut- It is now fairly tight but we still hold the baseboard the faucet when we want to turn the arm to make sure we don’t end up loosening it again. There needs to be an adapter added to the faucet installation kit for preexisting sink holes because ours is the standard sink hole on a enameled cast iron sink - I have installed many faucets on kitchen and bathroom sinks prior to this and the predrilled holes for faucets are always the standard size. The Waterdrop faucet flange is just about a 1/4 inch too small of a diameter to span and cover the standard hole. Otherwise absolutely perfect!

I’m really happy with this RO faucet. It has a nice, attractive look and works exactly as it should. I’ve had no issues with it so far, and there have been no leaks or dripping. Ours was professionally installed, so I can’t speak to the installation process, but once installed it has worked great. Overall, it’s a nice-looking, functional faucet and I’m very happy with it.

We use Aquasana filter system in our house for 5 years or so. The faucet that comes with the Aquasana filter is ok, not perfect. If you have a different design of your main kitchen faucet you may want to replace the Aquasana faucet right away with something different. Thankfully, the filter system comes with the standard thin PVC pipe that matches most faucets including this one. The original Aquasana faucet is pretty 'basic' to say the least. It's made of some brass alloy which turns green in a few months. I would be ok with some green, I can scrub it off once in a while, but it had another problem: the valve wears out and starts dripping after the 2nd set of filters. Aquasana does not offer replacement faucets or anything except filter cartridges, and replacing the entire system is not a solution to the problem. So I went ahead and bought this Waterdrop faucet as a replacement. It turned out to be super easy to install, I didn't use the enclosed connector though, I re-used the Aquasana plastic sealer ring and nut that was still attached to the pipe, which perfectly matched the connector thread on this faucet. Lost story short: we are happy, the water flow is great, the quality is great, stainless steel is miles better than copper or brass, no leaks, the faucet height is nearly perfect. So far (3 weeks) all is well.

I purchased this to install with my Waterdrop filter. I hired a plumber to install it, even though the instructions claim a very simple do it yourself process. The plumber couldn't install it because the fittings on the Waterdrop filter are not compatible with the Waterdrop faucet without an additional 3/8 water line which he did not have with him. Normally this would not have been a big issue for me. The only reason I am disappointed is because I tried to install it to a product from the same manufacturer. I do not understand why Waterdrop would make a faucet that doesn't easily install to the hardware supplied in a Waterdrop filter. Just know that the parts supplied by the manufacturer will not allow, at least in my brand new house, an easy install. I have my second plumber here right now and he just ran off to the store to buy a connector that will work with these fixtures. I’m sorry I bought them.

Replace a chrome RO Faucet with this one. Nice looking faucet, and it don't drip! Long bottom connection stem is what I was looking for because of thick, quartz counter top, this tap fit the bill for everything. Well made, swivels nicely, and looks great!

Would not hesitate to buy had it for almost 1 year and no complaints so far.

Nous avions déjà acheté un robinet il y a 4 ans. Il fonctionnait très bien. Nous l’avons changé pour un noir suite à des rénovations. Il a malheureusement brisé assez rapidement. Le robinet n’ouvrait plus de manière graduelle. La compagnie n’a aucunement hésité à nous le remplacer rapidement. Super communication et service rapide. Je recommande!
