Delicious and thick
In my opinion, this is like a super premium balsamic glaze, has a nice tang and drizzles wonderfully like a thick, true balsamic. I wish I could get it at my grocery store so I didn't have to mail it,. I think it's fantastic.

So Happy it is on Amazon Now!
When I went to visit a friend in southern Germany, three years ago, she took me to a specialty Italian store that had tons of incredible balsamic vinegars (among other things). I bought a bunch to bring home (two of each), and two brands became my favorite. One was more on the sweet side and I enjoyed best for bread dips, and the other was slightly less sweet and became my favorite all-purpose balsamic. This one is the favorite "all-purpose" balsamic! I remember checking online for it a few years ago and couldn't find it. So I was much more cautiously and sparsely using the second bottle I had. It was getting low, though, so in desperation I tried to look again and YAY! Amazon has it now! I did a taste test between the remaining I had left from the Italian store, and the one that arrived, and there was no discernable difference to me. No more skimping on using my favorite balsamic!

Yummy!
I’m on my second bottle of this stuff. Rich and creamy. Great in salad dressings and drizzled on chicken.

HEAVENLY for salad dressing
Trader Joe's stopped offering the little cheap bottle of "Balsamic Vinegar of Modena", which title is trademarked in Italy and must pass standards. I needed another and found the Ponti version online. it is heavenly. I love making salad vinaigrette. Wonderful to find this product and know that it is divine. Might be too sweet for someone's taste, but works for me mixed with olive oil, garlic, shredded lemon peel and lemon juice.

Incredibly delicious
This is the best balsamic vinegar I've ever had. It's thick but not a syrup, it's sweet like a reduction but still has a vinegary bite. Two people who have visited me have asked about the brand so they can buy a bottle for themselves. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

My wife’s favorite balsamic vinegar
She uses it with as a bread or roll dip with every dinner, and it’s the only brand she’ll use.
