Good 4-Burner Gas Stove, but One Burner Has Low Flame
What I liked:Good overall design and finish.Toughened glass top looks stylish.Brass burners are a good feature.Auto-ignition is convenient for daily use.Four burners are useful when cooking multiple dishes at the same time.Things to Know:The flame is low on one of the burners, while the others work better.The low flame on one burner affects the overall cooking experience.Purchased during sale, got it in good price.No gas leakage observed, very less noise.Compatibile with my new PNG gas connection.Verdict:A good-looking and practical 4-burner gas stove with useful features like auto ignition and brass burners. However, the low flame on one burner needs improvement.

Extremely Disappointed โ Burners Missing from the Package
I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I ordered a Glen gas stove from Amazon, expecting a complete and properly packed product, but when I opened the package, the burners were completely missing.This is absolutely unacceptable for a new gas stove. How can a gas stove be delivered without such an essential part? It makes the product completely unusable and raises serious concerns about the quality control and packaging process.I expected much better from Glen and Amazon. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, especially after spending my hard-earned money on a new product.Please check your package carefully before accepting delivery. I would not recommend purchasing this product unless Glen/Amazon addresses such issues properly.

4 burner- Satisfied with performance
Very much satisfied. I converted lpg stove to png after that I had issue as it was getting closed at low flame. I thought to buy PNG stove to avoid fine tuning. Using it since 4th May and till now no issue.

Extra cost of installing
Product is fine, but you will have to pay 350 to a technician to get it tuned as all burners won't work properly without tuning.
