Excellent Product
I almost didn't buy this product because of some of the reviews but I'm glad I did.It makes excellent waffles. Don't overfill the plate though. It can take on a regular sized bread and medium stuffing while grilling or making a sandwich. The instruction manual says that you should turn on the device without any food in it for at least three times at full cook time before actually cooking food in it. So, at first when you turn it on smells of burnt rubber and smokes out but according to the user manual, this is normal. I followed the instructions and everything went well. It's easy to clean and doesn't stick. It's great value for money. I love it!

Perfect choice for me
Very compact and fits a sandwich, or two small toasts.Perfect temperature for toasting bread, I wish there was on-off button but that's ok as I have a switch on my wall plug.

Good produt
Just bought it and seems okay but poorly finished beneath the grills internally... outside is perfect.
